JEFF DOWN BOOKMAKER 5th GRADE 410M

BILLY KNOCKA was the best to begin.  ZIPPING BUBBA checked across the heels of JACK SPRITE and become unbalanced, shifting out bumping SHOUT ROYALE who lost considerable ground as a result in the back straight.  CALL ME CHARLES checked off WENEREX and lost ground prior to turning into the front straight.  CALL ME CHALES shifted out entering the home straight bumping ZIPPING BUBBA forcing ZIPPING BUBBA to race wide in the straight.

MAREEBA TURF CLUB 5th GRADE 410M

Even start with STARZAR GOLD slow to begin.  IT’S HIS JOB and BRUTON MISS bumped on the turn into the back straight resulting in BRUTON MISS losing ground and IT’S HIS JOB becoming unbalanced and checking off the heels of LIBERTY LEGS causing IT’S HIS JOB to fall.  LIBERTY LEGS raced wide entering the home straight.

RQ YOUNG GUNS HEAT 1 410M

BIG BAD BLOCKER was the best to begin.  LUSIMA was tightened for racing room and checked off SHINEY THINGS shortly after the start.  STORM BREAKER checked off SHINEY THINGS and lost ground on the turn into the back straight.  TAPATAK checked off DILSTON BRAE and lost ground entering the back straight resulting in interference to MONOCHRONE.  DILSTON BRAE contacted the running rail and knuckled over and lost ground on the turn out of the back straight.  TAPATAK checked off the heels of STORM BREAKER on the turn out of the back straight resulting in both greyhounds losing ground causing interference to LUSIMA.  LUSIMA raced wide in the home straight.

RQ YOUNG GUNS HEAT 2 410M

TAKE THER NIGHT and BELLA MARLO were the best to begin.  GUNNADOO VIEW checked off TAKE THE NIGHT and lost ground on the turn into the back straight resulting in interference to ASA ABBANDANDO.  BELLA MARLO checked off POPPA’S PICK and lost considerable ground entering the back straight.  ASA ABBANDANDO raced wide into and down the home straight.

STEVE CLARK 3/4th GRADE 410M

Even start.  PRINCE OF DOOM shifted in from a wide position approaching the turn into the back straight tightening ZIPPING CARLTON in on to MALIAN REIGN resulting in both greyhounds losing ground.  ON DECK shifted out on the turn into the front straight making muzzle contact with SMILES A LOT resulting in both greyhounds losing considerable ground.  Subsequently Stewards acting under the provisions of GAR 69 stood ON DECK down from racing for a period of 28 days and the completion of a satisfactory trial for marring.

TRINITY PRINTERS BEST 8 410M

WESTOVER was difficult to box resulting in the start being delayed.  WESTOVER will be boxed first in future races.  HI HOMBRE and SELFIE were the best to begin.  SELFIE was tightened for racing room and lost ground on the turn into the back straight.  HI HOMBRE checked off SHAKE YOUR BOOTY and lost ground entering the back straight.
