BRETT was best to begin. BUNDY GIRL
was slowly away. Approaching the top turn HEATHAN BRETT shifted out taking
GIVEAWAY LASS wider on the track. |

SUPA IGA EDMONTON
NOVICE 410M TAPATAK began well. RHONDA’S STAR was slowly away. Soon
after jumping CHARLOTTE’S MISS lost ground when tightened between runners.
Leaving the catching pen STORMBREAKER shifted in checking the running of
NORTHUMBERLAND, SHARP INTENTION and COUGAR KEITH. RHONDA’S STAR was wide at
the home turn. NORTHUMBERLAND was wide throughout. |

BARRON VALLEY HOTAL ATHERTON 5th GRADE 410M STARZAR GOLD
and ATOMIC OPIE both dwelt at the start. Through the catching pen COLD HARD
TRUTH shifted in checking the running of STARZAR GOLD. Leaving the catching
pen ATOMIC OPIE was checked off heels and lost ground. MADAGASTER, FARMOR TO
DO and ATOMIC OPIE all raced wide into the top turn. Through the top turn
FARMOR TO DO shifted in checking the running of ATOMIC OPIE. JACK SPRITE was
wide at the home turn. Down the running JACK SPRITE shifted in abruptly
bumping heavily with BILLY KNOCKA. Both greyhounds were unbalanced. |

BEV & STEV SANDERS 5th GRADE 410M IT’S HIS JOB and COSMIC LAMP were both slowly away.
Through the catching pen MACADAM and ASA ABBANDANDO were both checked and
lost ground. Approaching the home turn IT’S HIS JOB lost ground when
tightened for running to the inside of MACADAM. The greyhound COSMIC LAMP was vetted post-race and was
found to have injuries to its groin, neck and off side wrist. Trainer Mr. P Milani was advised that the greyhound COSMIC LAMP would
be charged under the provisions of GAR69B, failure to pursue by reason of
injury, would be stood down for a period of 21 days and required to perform a
satisfactory stewards trial over the distance of 410m all tracks, prior to
being permitted to race again. Stewards also advised Mr. Milani
that the greyhound COSMIC LAMP would not be permitted to trial without first
being passed fit to do so by way of a veterinary clearance from a recognized
greyhound veterinarian. |

MOVERS 5th GRADE 410M TAE RAE and ASA TOP AGENT both began well. Through the
catching pen TAE RAE, RHONDA’S SEA, FARMOR BRING IT and REBEL CAIN were all
checked to varying degrees. CALL ME CHARLES was wide through the back
straight. |

TABLELAND
VETERINARY SERVICE 4th GRADE 410M PATJACK LOMAR began well. ASA ENSEE FLY was slowly away.
Soon after jumping MALIAN REIGN lost ground when tightened between runners.
Leaving the catching pen MONOCHRONE was forced wide after bumping with
ZIPPING BUBBA. Through the top turn PRINCE OF DOOM was checked off the heels
of PATJACK LOMAR. ASA ENSEE FLY was wide at the home turn. |

MAGAZINE BEST 8 410M PA TING and SMILES ALOT both began well. BANDALORE,
SMILES ALOT and SHAKE YOUR BOOTY were all wide through the back straight. |
