ZAMMATARO PLUMBING MAIDEN/5th GRADE 410M

SAM’S A JEM was best to begin. Soon after the start TEST YOURSELF lost ground when tightened between runners.  SAM’S A JEM was checked leaving the catching pen.

 

The greyhound TEST YOURSELF was vetted post race and no abnormalities were revealed.

ANTHONY JEFFRESS RACING TEAM 5th GRADE 410M

MALIAN REIGN was best to begin.  IT’S HIS JOB and SHE’S SO CLASSY were both slowly away.  BILLY KNOCKA was checked off heels leaving the catching pen. ASA TOP AGENT was wide approaching the top turn.

 

The greyhound IT’S HIS JOB was vetted post-race and no abnormalities were revealed.

NULEAF 5th GRADE 410M

CALL ME CHARLES and WENEREX both began well.  TAE RAE and EILEEN JOY were both checked leaving the catching pen. EILEEN JOY lost significant ground in this incident.

 

The greyhound STARZAR GOLD was vetted post race and no abnormalities were revealed.

 

The greyhound EILEEN JOY was vetted post race and was found to be displaying symptoms of heart arrhythmia. Trainer Ms. E Bryant advised Stewards that EILEEN JOY would be immediately retired from racing.

THE BROOK GROUP 4/5th GRADE 410M

MADAGASTER and POPPA’S PICK both began well.  MONOCHRONE was slowly away.  Leaving the catching pen ZIPPING BUBBA was checked off the heels of MADAGASTER.  MADAGASTER and COLD HARD TRUTH came together on straightening.

 

The greyhound ZIPPING BUBBA was vetted post race and was found to be displaying signs of mild soreness in both shoulders. Trainer Mr. G Tsakissiris was advised that ZIPPING BUBBA would be stood down for a period of 10 days.

EQUINE SOLUTIONS BEST 8 410M

BANDALORE was best to begin.  ZIPPING CARLTON and SHAKE YOUR BOOTY both lost ground when tightened for running through the catching pen.  SMILES A LOT was wide through the back straight.  ZIPPING CARLTON was inconvenienced when tightened for running approaching the home turn.  At the home turn ZIPPING CARLTON improved onto the heels of BANDALORE. Both greyhounds were inconvenienced. SMILES A LOT was wide at the home turn.
