WEE WIN KENNELS MAIDEN 410M

HEATHAN BRETT was the best to begin.  OSPREY LIZ was slow to begin.  HEATHAN BRETT and CHATAWAY bumped on the turn out of the back straight resulting in CHATAWAY losing some ground causing some inconvenience to CROFFTYS CARNAGE.  MAXIMUS HOUDINI and CHATAWAY bumped entering the front straight resulting in CHATAWAY becoming unbalanced and racing wide into the straight.  Stewards questioned the racing manners of CHATAWAY in particular the front straight.  After viewing the film of the race and speaking with the trainer’s representative, Mr S. Essery, no action was taken against the greyhound.

FISHERY FALLS HOTEL NOVICE 410M

Even start with GIVEAWAY LASS slow to begin.  SHARP INTENTION and MR. SURRENDER were tightened for racing room and lost ground on the turn into the back straight resulting in interference to CHARLOTTE’S MISS.  GIVEAWAY LASS checked across the heels of PEARSON PRIDE on the turn into the front straight.  PEARSON PRIDE and GIVEAWAY LASS bumped entering the front straight resulting in both greyhounds becoming unbalanced and losing ground.  CHARLOTTE’S MISS raced wide in the home straight.

JOHN CAMERON 5th GRADE 410M

Even start with MARTIAL marginally slow to begin.  HIGH CLASS MISS checked off TAPATAK and lost ground on the turn into the back straight resulting in interference to MARTIAL.  SINGLE SHOT and GAR bumped on the turn into the front straight resulting in SINGLE SHOT becoming unbalanced and racing wide into the straight.  TAPATAK raced wide in the home straight.

B & V SAUNDERS 5th GRADE 410M

Even start.  WENEREX was tightened for racing room and lost ground on the turn into the back straight.  SWIFT BERNARD shifted out and checked across the hind quarters of ZEPHYR ZEUS on the turn into the front straight.  Stewards questioned the racing manners of SWIFT BERNARD in particular prior to turning into the front straight.  After viewing the film and speaking with the trainer’s representative, Mr S. Essery, SWIFT BERNARD was stood down from racing for a period of 28 days and the completion of a satisfactory trial under the provisions of GAR 69A for failing to pursue with due commitment.

BLUEROO SYND 4/5th GRADE 410M

MONOCHRONE was the best to begin.  BRIGHT REBEL was marginally slow to begin.  CALL ME CHARLES checked off ATOMIC OPE and lost ground on the turn into the back straight resulting in TAKE THE NIGHT losing ground.  BETOWN GEM checked off ATOMIC OPIE and lost ground on the turn into the front straight.  CALL ME CHARLES raced wide in the home straight.

NORWELD 4th GRADE 410M

SMILES A LOT was the best to begin.  IT’S HIS JOB was slow to begin.  BRUTON MISS was tightened for racing room and checked off the heels of SPUDNUT and fell on the turn into the back straight causing interference to ZIPPING BUBBA who fell as a result and interference to ZIPPER IT MACCA and IT’S HIS JOB.  IT’S HIS JOB improved on to the heels of SMILES ALOT in the back straight resulting in SMILES A LOT losing ground.  IT’S HIS JOB checked across the heels of DENALI SURE AS entering the front straight.

SELFIE was the best to begin.  WESTOVER was slow to begin.  BANDALORE checked off PA TING and lost considerable ground on the turn out of the back straight.
