D & R RACING MAIDEN 410M

The race was declared a ‘NO RACE’ due to the lure inching towards the starting point while the starters were being boxed.

 

The start was affected with the lure positioned almost adjacent to the starting boxes with virtually no lead up time of the lure to the start of the race.

2.

ALLIED BEARINGS NOVICE 410M

Even start with SLIDING DOORS slow to begin.  CALL ME DORY and DISPLOSION bumped entering the back straight resulting in both greyhounds losing ground.

BARRON VALLEY HOTEL 5th GRADE 410M

RIPPING ESCAPE and SMILES ALOT were the best to begin.  WINNIE’S ROSE was slow into stride as the start was effected.  General tightening occurred on the turn into the back straight resulting in MISS TURKEY, MISS LARDIE DA, SMOOTH FLAME, PASS THE AMMO and BEAMING BOUNCER losing ground.  SMILES ALOT raced wide in the front straight.

NORWELD 3/4th GRADE 410M

KERRIE’S A MINX and DILSTON BRAE were the best to begin.  TOP TELLER checked off KERRIE’S A MINX and lost ground on the turn into the back straight resulting in interference to LOTS OF TIME.  BURNER BANT checked off the heels of YOU CAN DO in the back straight causing interference to HIGH CLASS MISS.  HIGH CLASS MISS raced wide into the front straight.

RQ YOUNG GUNS HEAT 1 410M

CHIEF BOLT and SLOW DANCER were the best to begin.  CHIEF BOLT checked off SLOW DANCER and lost ground on the turn into the back straight.  WHATTA PASS checked off BUNDY CUTTER and lost ground on the turn into the back straight.  CHIEF BOLT checked across the heels of HEZ BOBY DAZZLER to race wide on the turn into the front straight forcing LEAD CONTENDER wide on to MAGIC WISHES.  CHIEF BOLT continued to race very wide in the home straight.

RQ YOUNG GUNS HEAT 2 410M

PALEFACE SCOTCH was the best to begin.  CHIEF JINX was tightened for racing room and lost ground shortly after the start.  SWEET ROXETTE shifted out on the turn into the back straight bumping CHIEF JINX on to INNOCENT MAN resulting in the three greyhounds losing considerable ground.  PALEFACE SCOTCH was tightened for racing room and lost considerable ground entering the back straight.  PALEFACE SCOTCH checked across the heels of SKY LARK on the turn into the front straight.  SKY LARK raced wide into the front straight.  PALEFACE SCOTCH raced wide in the front straight.
