Race 1 – THANK YOU RAY BALLARD & TERRY GERAGTY  | 0-2 WINS| 410M

GOMILE was clearly best to begin. DON’T BABYLON checked at the first turn and lost ground. Approaching the top turn YOU’RE SO VAIN stumbled and lost ground.

YOU’RE SO VAIN underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

Race 2 – THANK YOU ARTHUR GOSPER & DALE HAWKINS | 5^TH GRADE | 410M

POPPA’S PICK was best to begin, HEZA CHOP CHOP was marginally slow. STRONG ENOUGH raced wide through the top turn and continued wide for the remainder of the race.

Race 3 – THANK YOU PADDY BAIRD & ASHLYN LAROSA | 5^TH GRADE | 410M

LIBBY’S HERO was best to begin. FLAMING MOE was checked shortly after the start and lost ground. Approaching the top turn APPREHENSION checked off heels and lost ground. Shortly after APPREHENSION and FLAMING MOE raced tight, checked and lost momentum. Leaving the turn into the front straight FLAMING MOE was impeded and lost momentum.

Race 4 – THANK YOU BILLY LAVIS & JOHN FORSYTHE | BEST 8 I 410M

KARMA’S COMING was best to begin. Leaving the first turn HARA’S FLYER was tightened for racing room and lost ground.

HARA’S FLYER underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

Race 5 – THANK YOU KEN MARR PETER KENNEDY & | 5^TH GRADE FINAL | 410M

NICMAC LASS was marginally slow to begin. RED HOT ROCKET, SCOTT HOOKED and JOFFA’S MATE raced tight and checked at the first turn, with all losing considerable ground as a consequence. Leaving the first turn RED HOT ROCKET checked off heels and lost ground. Approaching the turn into the front straight, SCOTT HOOKED and JOFFA’S MATE collided and lost significant ground as a result.

Race 6 – THANK YOU LEE & JAN STOKES CHRISTMAS CUP FINAL | OPEN | 544M

SLOW DANCER was best to begin. At the first turn BLACK SHARK bumped INTO BANJO AN’ HENRY, which then collided with KING GUTHO, causing KING GUTHO to fall and take no further competitive part in the race. MAGIC GIZMO which was trailing was inconvenienced, shifted wide and lost substantial ground as a consequence.
