MAIDEN 366M

The start of this race was slightly delayed due to BRAVE ULYSSES being difficult to box.  After consulting the trainer, it was decided that BRAVE ULYSSES would be on its last chance to box truly.

 

Even start with the exception of TOOKA HALF which was slow to begin.  Shortly after the 100m mark SOME CHARGER checked across the heels of TOAST THE VICTOR causing SOME CHARGER to falter and lose ground.

BITCHES MAIDEN 366M

Even start with the exception of SHAYLOR FLASH which was slow to begin.  Shortly after the start THAT’S THURSDAY and SEA OF JOY bumped.  Shortly after THAT’S THURSDAY and TOOKA TRIP raced tight causing THAT’S THURSDAY to falter.  In the run to the finish TOOKA TRIP and GUDERA SPITFIRE raced tight and bumped.

MAIDEN FINAL 366M

Even start.  Shortly after the start BEATTIE shifted out causing DIRTY STREET PIE to be checked.  TRANSACTION was also affected by this.

NOVICE 366M

Even start.  Shortly after the start ROM COM KAHN shifted out causing CHASIN’ JASEN, SPEEDIE GAGAN and KNOCKA ROUND to be severely checked.  Shortly after the start ROM COM KAHN shifted in causing interference to the runners to its inside.  Approaching the 200m mark ROM COM KAHN and MY BOY VINNIE bumped.

 

The greyhound MY BOY VINNIE underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

5th GRADE 366M

Even start.  Shortly after the start STELLA ROSE HI shifted in bumping PURE BEAUTY.  In the run to the finish FARMOR FOR SHORE and PURE BEAUTY raced tight.

6.

5th GRADE 366M

Even start with the exception of VICKI ROSE HI who was slow to begin.  Shortly after the start IMA COWBOY shifted out bumping LITTLE SHORT which caused inconvenience to SHAYLOR ANDRE.

 

The greyhound JEN ROSE HI underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off hind leg and was stood down for a period of 28 days.

REDLAND SHARKS RACE 5th GRADE FINAL 366M

Even start.  Shortly after the start KILDONAN KID and SOUTHERN FLOSS raced tight.  Passing the 200m mark KILDONAN KID was tightened for racing room.  In the run to the finish HARA’S HEAT race green.

8.

3/4th GRADE 366M

Even start.  Shortly after the start I’M A BELIEVER and LOGGER COOPER bumped.  As a result of the bumping I’M A BELIEVER was checked and lost ground.  Shortly after the 100m mark CYCLONE MARLOW shifted in causing FRENCH IDOL to alter its running line.
