MAIDEN HEAT 1 366M BRAVE ULYSSES was best to begin. Shortly after the start LIQUID FUSION shifted inwards colliding with MISS PEREGIAN resulting in both greyhounds being checked. HAYDEN’S BOY and SPRING ROCCA were hampered in this incident. Leaving the 300m DASHING BOND shifted inwards tightening the running of LIQUID FUSION and SPRING ROCCA causing all greyhounds to be checked. Shortly after HAYDEN’S BOY and MISS PEREGIAN shifted outwards. Over the concluding stages of the race SPRING ROCCA and LIQUID FUSION bumped causing both greyhounds to be hampered.

2.	MAIDEN HEAT 2 366M COL’S INTEREST was best to begin. Shortly after the start SWIFT DUAL, DIRTY STREET PIE and NANNY JENNY all raced tight and were checked. Shortly after SUMMER QUAYS and MISS GRAND collided resulting in both greyhounds to be checked. Approaching the 200m SUMMER QUAYS shifted outwards colliding with DIRTY STREET PIE causing both greyhounds to be checked.

3.	TOMMY HOYLAND MEMORIAL CUP HEAT 1 366M DAYSEAS ASTRA and GOT THERE were best to begin. Shortly after the start GOT THERE and GAGAN CEE JAY shifted outwards. Approaching the 200m GRAND DASH shifted inwards. Approaching the finish DAYSEAS ASTRA shifted outwards.

4.	TOMMY HOYLAND MEMORIAL CUP HEAT 2 366M Even start. Shortly after the start SOUTH BRIDGE, NO NONSENSE, TWEED DANCER, EL MALAMUTE, TWO BEERS and HARA’S HAWK raced tight resulting in all greyhounds to suffer interference to various degrees. Approaching the 200m TWO BEERS shifted inwards. Approaching the 100m HARA’S HAWK shifted inwards.

TOMMY HOYLAND MEMORIAL CUP HEAT 3 366M SERIOUSLY GRAND was best to begin. Shortly after the start SERIOUSLY GRAND shifted inwards and LEEROY ROGUE and IMA PACEMAN shifted outwards. Shortly after LEGEND MATE shifted inwards across the heels of VALKYRIE CANDY causing LEGEND MATE to be checked and lose considerable ground. Approaching the 300m GUNSTOCK shifted outward. The greyhound LEGEND MATE underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the chest and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

6.	TOMMY HOYLAND MEMORIAL CUP HEAT 4 366M Even start. Shortly after the start BEATTIE and ZINZAN BROOKE bumped on several occasions resulting in both greyhounds to be severely checked. Approaching the 200m ZINZAN BROOKE, NOSMO KING, TEE SNOW and FARMOR FOR SHORE shifted inwards. RUDOLFINUM, BEATTIE and HARA’S HOOK shifted outwards.
