HEAT 1 366M Even
start with the exception of MISS PEREGIAN which was slow and awkward to
begin. Shortly after the start
STRAIGHT SHADOW, VALERIE MERLE and MISS PEREGIAN all raced tight causing
VALERIE MERLE to be checked. Shortly
after this MISS PEREGIAN checked across the heels of CASH JACKPOT. Approaching the 200m mark CASH JACKPOT and
STRAIGHT SHADOW raced tight and bumped.
In the run to the finish CASH JACKPOT was blocked for clear running. The
greyhound KIMARI MARIA underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no
apparent injuries were found. |

MAIDEN HEAT 2 366M Even start with the exception of NO WAITING which was
slow to begin. On jumping UPBEAT TEMPO
shifted in bumping NO WAITING causing NO WAITING to be checked. Shortly after this FAMOUS MOLLY checked off
the heels of DIRTY STREET PIE.
Approaching the 200m mark DIRTY STREET PIE and SHEMAR MOOR collided. The greyhound NO WAITING underwent a post-race veterinary
examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

MAIDEN HEAT 3 366M Even start
with the exception of GO FOR HOME which was marginally slow to begin. Shortly after the start NAUGHTY MAX shifted
to the inside of the track. Shortly
after TAMZIN’S TERROR and GALWAY BLUEBIRD bumped. Shortly after the 200m mark TAMZIN’S TERROR
shifted in of its own accord. |

STRAIGHT TO THE CREEK HEAT 1 5th GRADE 366M SPEEDY GAGAN jumped awkwardly. Shortly after the start OUR BEACH GIRL
shifted in bumping UNIQUE KALEESI.
Approaching the 100m mark OUR BEACH GIRL and SPEEDY GAGAN raced tight. |

STRAIGHT
TO THE CREEK HEAT 2 5th GRADE 366M Even start with the exception of UNIQUE AFFAIR which was
slow to begin. Shortly after the start
SHE’S A FOX and KNOCKA ROUND bumped.
Shortly after this SHE’S A FOX proceeded to shift to the outside of
the track. Approaching the 200m mark
UNIQUE AFFAIR improved onto the heels of ALPHA NIKE and appeared to falter. The greyhound KNOCKER ROUND underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the
stomach muscles and was stood down for a period of 14 days. |

STRAIGHT TO THE CREEK HEAT 3 5th GRADE 366M Even star with ARTISAN WARRIOR and GAGAN NACY were best
to begin. Approaching the 200m mark
CHECKOUT CHARLIE began to gradually shift to the inside of the track. Shortly after the 200m mark RAISE THE ALARM
and ARTISAN WARRIOR bumped. |

RON GOODWIN 4/5th GRADE 366M Even start with the exception of HURUNUI HAMISH and STONE
PRINCE who were slow to begin. Shortly
after the start ROMEO RAGTOP checked across the heels of STONE PRINCE causing
ROMEO RAGTOP to falter. |

3/4th GRADE 366M Even start. LEEROY ROGUE was best to begin. Shortly after the start COLLEGE BELLE
shifted in checking SILVER WING causing SILVER WING to lose momentum. Shortly after the 200m mark NO NONSENSE and
COLLEGE BELLE bumped. In the run to
the finish FLYING RAVEN checked across the heels of NO NONSENSE. |
