KENNELLY was slow to begin. At the
start FEAR THE FLYER and REBEL KENNELLY came together. Shortly after the start DORIE’S PICK and
GOLD DRIFT raced tight and bumped.
Shortly after, GOLD DRIFT shifted out colliding with GALWAY HYPERACT
and FEAR THE FLYER was hampered as a result. |

MAIDEN HEAT 2 366M The greyhound SONNY GEORGE underwent a pre-race veterinary
examination after slipping its collar and getting loose from its handler on
the way to the boxes. No apparent injuries were found and the greyhound was passed
fit to start. BARGOT, LIGHT HEAVY and SONNY GEORGE were slow to begin. |

Approaching the 100m TOKEN TOFF checked off heels and collided with
TOMMY TUCKER and both greyhounds were unbalanced. |

5th GRADE HEAT 1 366M Even start.
Shortly after the start SYMPATHETIC and GO TO CONDONG collided. Shortly after, FI FI RUMBLE, SYMPATHETIC
and GO TO CONDONG collided causing FI FI RUMBLE and SYMPATHETIC to lose
ground. As a result of this incident
GO TO CONDONG shifted out onto the running of RAGNAR LOTHBROK, checking this
greyhound and causing it to fall and take no further competitive part in the
event. Approaching the 200m REINHOLD
shifted out hampering MAGIC PASS. The greyhound RAGNAR LOTHBROK underwent a post-race veterinary
examination, was found to have suffered an injury to the near side pin, and
was stood down for a period of 7 days. The greyhound FI FI RUMBLE underwent a post-race veterinary
examination, was found to have suffered an injury to the back, and was stood
down for a period of 10 days. The greyhound MAGIC PASS underwent a post-race veterinary
examination, was found to have suffered an injury to the off side wrist, and
was stood down for a period of 7 days. |

GRADE HEAT 2 366M DOLLY’S WALLY was best to begin. Shortly after the start FAST AS and NEYMAR
MAGIC collided. Approaching the 100m
IT’S ABOUT TIME and NAUGHTY MAX raced tight and bumped for some
distance. Leaving the 100m MISS BECKY
SAM shifted out and raced wide. Over
the concluding stages GOLD RAINS checked off heels. The greyhound GOLD RAINS underwent a post-race veterinary
examination, was found to have suffered an injury to the near side wrist, and
was stood down for a period of 7 days. |
