Stewards Trial 1 – 366M The greyhound GIRL
OVERBOARD performed a satisfactory stewards’ trial over the distance of 366m
in a time of 20.06 and is now cleared all tracks up to 366m except Richmond. |

MAIDEN 366M REDNECK
BANJO was best to begin. Immediately after the start ELSIE LANE shifted out
and collided into the rear of HAY YOU FELLA causing it to stumble and lose
ground. TSAR BOMBER and HAY YOU FELLA
bumped shortly after the start, TSAR BOMBER then shifted to the outside.
FROSTY BLUE JAY shifted to the outside at the 200m. The
greyhound ELSIE LANE underwent a post race veterinarian examination and was
found to have suffered an injury to the off hind foot and was stood down for
a period of 7 days. |

NOVICE 366M TOOKA TRIP was best to begin. NOSMO KING and GOLD LINER were marginally
slow away. FONIC THUNDER shifted in
off the heels of SONNY GEORGE just after the 200m. |

5th GRADE 366M SNAKEY KATIE
was best to begin. SUDOKU DOLL was
slowest away. Shortly after the start
CHASING RAINBOWS, AUNTY FREDA and AZTEC FLASH raced tight and checked with
all greyhounds losing ground. CHASING
RAINBOWS and AZTEC FLASH continued to race tight as CHASING RAINBOWS
attempted to shift to the outside.
SOUTHERN FLOSS shifted in at the 200m, as a consequence SLIM was
tightened for racing room and lost ground.
CHASING RAINBOWS and SUDOKU DOLL raced tight over the concluding
stages of the race. The greyhound
SLIM underwent a post race veterinarian examination and was found to have
suffered an injury to the near fore leg and was stood down for a period of 10
days. |

5th GRADE 366M SWIFT NIMROD and ROCKIN’ ALL OVER were best to
begin. REBEL KENNELLY and GIFTED PINES
raced tight after the start. WESTMEAD
DAFFIE shifted in and checked REBEL KENNELLY shortly before the 200m. WESTMEAD DAFFIE and REBEL KENNELLY
continued to race tight and bump on occasion for the remainder of the race. |

GRADE 366M TREBLIG LUCIA and MR. TERRIFIC were best to begin. CHEEKY CHANCE was marginally slow then
shifted to the inside. UNIQUE KALEESI
shifted to the outside just after the 200m. The greyhound UNIQUE KALEESI underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

TOMMY HOYLAND MEMORIAL FINAL 366M DREAM BLASTER, MO STRADAMUS and HONEY HORNEY were best to
begin. NOTORIOUS HERO was slow away. MO STRADAMUS and HONEY HORNET bumped just
after the start. ACE and MO STRADAMUS
raced tight approaching the 100m. OUTA
BUSINESS shifted to the outside and momentarily impeded RUNYA DOWN and HONEY
HORNET approaching the 200m. RUNYA
DOWN and HONEY HORNET bumped just after the 200m. |

CONSOLATION 366M STRAIGHT SHADOW was best to begin. BRAVE ULYSSES was marginally slow. CARBROOK LAD and FLYING CIRCUS checked
immediately after the start, FLYING
CIRCUS stumbled and shifted in as a consequence. BRAVE ULYSSES shifted in and momentarily
impeded FLYING CIRCUS just prior to the finish. |

CAPALABA
CUP FINAL 366M DOLLY’S WALLY and TOO MANY BILLS were
best to begin. I’M HOTSHOT and FARMOR
CHIPS raced tight and checked just prior to the 200m then again just after
the 200m causing both greyhounds to lose ground. BIKINI CLOUD shifted to the outside just
after the 200m. RUNOUT BOY shifted in
and slightly impeded CORONARY CLOUD just prior to the finish. The greyhound FARMOR CHIPS underwent a
post race veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury
to the off side wrist and was stood down for a period of 7 days. |
