CABINETS MAIDEN 366M SPORTS
WRITER and FROSTY BLUE JAY checked immediately after the start. CALJAX shifted to the inside after the
start and collided with MONKEY MYIA.
CALJAX took no further competitive part in the race after this contact. MONKEY MYIA shifted to the outside
afterwards. KANOJO and FROSTY BLUE JAY
raced tight and checked at the 200m causing both greyhounds to lose
ground. KANOJO and FROSTY BLUE JAY
continued to race tight and checked on a number of occasions prior to the
finish. The
greyhound CALJAX underwent a post race veterinarian
examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near side hip and
was stood down for a period of 14 days. The
greyhound FROSTY BLUE JAY underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. Stewards advised trainer Mr. R Attard that the greyhound would be charged under Rule 69
(A) Failing to Pursue, 1st offence, 28 days plus a satisfactory
stewards’ trial 366m all tracks. |

DBF TOOLS &
CONSTRUCTION NOVICE 366M REDNECK BANJO was best to begin. JAYCEE’S LADY, FONIC THUNDER and WHINGING
WILKO were slowest and checked after the start with WHINGING WILKO losing
ground. JAYCEE’S LADY and WHINGING
WILKO bumped at the 200m. GIRL OVERBOARD shifted to the outside off the heels
of REDNECK BANJO just after the 200m.
TSAR BOMBER and JAYCEE’S LADY raced tight and bumped approaching the
last 100m. The greyhound WHINGING WILKO underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent
injuries were found. The greyhound BARGOT underwent a post
race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

HANSEY’S TURF BITCHES PACE 5th GRADE 366M PAN YOKO,
HIGH CLASS BELLE and APACHE BROOK were best to begin. PROPER TOFF shifted to the inside and
checked with LIL MISS PINKY shortly after the start. HIGH CLASS BELLE and ROXANNE BENZ raced
tight and checked shortly after. LIL
MISS PINKY and PROPER TOFF checked at the 200m with LIL MISS PINKY dropping
out as a consequence. The greyhound
LIL MISS PINKY underwent a post race veterinarian
examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near side pin and
was stood down for a period of 28 days. |

MY HOME IMPROVEMENTS 5th GRADE 366M SHINTARO STAR and LUCITA were best to begin. TREBLIG LUCIA was slowest away and shifted
to the outside. FLYING CIRCUS and
SOUTHERN FLOSS raced tight and bumped just prior to the 200m. |

WINNIE’S
PEST CONTROL AND CLEANING 5th GRADE 366M BART’S EXPRESS was best to begin. HEADGEAR was noticeably slow away. FANCY FREEL, FROSTY BEJAY and MAMMA’S BOY
came together and bumped after the start.
ROCKIN’ ALL OVER, STANKY LEG and BART’S EXPRESS came together shortly
after that. RISING SON shifted out and
checked BART’S EXPRESS just prior to the 200m with BART’S EXPRESS stumbling
and losing ground as a result. FROSTY
BEJAY, MAMMA’S BOY and BART’S EXPRESS raced tight over the concluding stages
of the race with MAMMA’S BOY impeded as a result. The greyhound HEADGEAR underwent a post
race veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury
to the near side pin and was stood down for a period of 7 days. |

BLENCH PROPERTY GROUP 5th GRADE 366M CAWBOURNE BIGRED was best to begin and shifted out to the
middle. ADHARA STEEL, HE’S THE ONE and
MONDELLA were slowest to begin.
CAWBOURNE BIGRED bumped with BRAVE ULYSSES at the 100m. BRAVE ULYSSES shifted in and checked
NOTORIOUS HERO at the 200m. MONDELLA
was impeded as a result and shifted to the outside. BRAVE ULYSSES and NOTORIOUS HERO checked
again shortly after the 200m causing both greyhounds to lose ground. |

LECKTON CONSTRUCTIONS
CAPELBOURNE FINAL 366M LEEROY ROGUE, BONKNOCKA PRINCE and TWEED DANCER were best
to begin. TOO MANY BILLS and DOLLY’S
WALLY were slowest to begin. BONKNOCKA
PRINCE and TWEED DANCER raced tight and bumped just after the 200m. BONKNOCKA PRINCE shifted to the middle
approaching the last 100m. TOO MANY
BILLS shifted out over the concluding stages of the race. The greyhound TOO MANY BILLS underwent a post race veterinarian examination and was found to have
suffered an injury to the off hind back muscle and was stood down for a
period of 6 weeks. |

best to begin. TARIQ KAHN was slow to
begin. SUPER SOOK and PARIS FRANCE
raced tight and bumped at the 100m.
IT’S ABOUT TIME and TARIQ KAHN checked just before the 200m with IT’S
ABOUT TIME losing ground. IT’S ABOUT
TIME shifted out and checked SWIPE RIGHT just prior to the finish with both
greyhounds losing ground. |
