TO IT, performed a satisfactory stewards’ trial, over a distance of 366m, in
a time of 20.45 is cleared to race straight tracks only. The greyhound,
SPARK YOU UP, performed a satisfactory stewards’ trial, over a distance of
366m, in a time of 20.48, and is cleared to race straight tracks only. |

BACK A
WINNER FOR MERV MAIDEN – 366M EL
SHAK shifted out immediately after the start, which inconvenienced ROYAL
PLAY, ITSA PATCHY and MR.CRAIG US, causing those greyhounds to lose
ground. EL SHAK and THUG raced tight
and bumped inside the 1st 100m.
At the 200m, BEST STORY shifted in and impeded MR. CRAIG US, causing
that greyhound to lose ground. Just
after the 200m, THUG stumbled and commenced to yield ground. MR. CRAIG US raced erratically over the concluding
stages of the race. The
greyhound MR.CRAIG US underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no
apparent injuries were found. The
greyhound THUG underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to
have an injury to the off side back muscle and was stood down for a period of
10 days |

OLD SILVER FOX NOVICE
– 366M HEY YOU FELLA and GALWAY PANTHER were both best to begin. Shortly after the start THAT’S A DRYVA,
TSAR BOMBER and DEMON FURY raced tight and checked, with all three greyhounds
becoming unbalanced and losing considerable ground as a result. GALWAY PANTHER shifted to the inside
approaching the 200m. The greyhound DEMON FURY underwent a post-race veterinary
examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

LIGHTS ON THE HILL MA5 – 366M BABY BASSIN
was best to begin. SHAYLOR CLEDUS was
marginally slow. SHAYLOR CLEDUS and
SABAI ODESSA raced tight and checked shortly after the start. PATRONUS shifted to the inside approaching
the 100m. At the 200m, SHINTARO STAR
commenced to yield ground and took no further competitive part in the race
thereafter. JACK’S BLACK shifted out and raced tight with SABAI ODESSA, over
the concluding stages of the race. The greyhound
SHINTARO STAR underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to
have an injury to the near side hip and was stood down for a period of 14
days. |

SUNDAY AT KOUGARI 5TH GRADE – 366M BRIGHTEST STAR was best to begin. NIVEK RETSERROF was slow. FANCY FREEL and LA BAMBA raced tight and
checked immediately after the start.
Approaching the 200m, PARIS QUEEN shifted out and checked into MAGIC
SWIFTLY causing both greyhounds to become unbalanced and lose ground. Just after the 200m FANCY FREEL shifted in
and checked IRON MAID, causing both greyhounds to lose ground. PARIS QUEEN and MAGIC SWIFTLY, which were
trailing, were inconvenienced as a consequence and lost ground. PARIS QUEEN and MAGIC SWIFTLY raced tight
and bumped over the concluding stages of the race. |

ON THE
VERANDAH AT COORUNGA 5TH GRADE (1) – 366M CHASING RAINBOWS was best to begin. AERONA was marginally slow. SNOWBALL CREED shifted out sharply at the
100m. Approaching the 200m, MADAM
LOOPSY shifted in and checked SHAK. SPORTS WRITER which was trailing, was
impeded and lost ground as a result. |

ANYBODY BUT THE BRONCOS 5TH GRADE (2) – 366M SPORTFAN was best to begin, DAD’S THE WORD was slow. FUNNY FELLOW, DAD’S THE WORD and WILDASH
WAUCHOPE came together and checked immediately after the start, causing those
greyhounds to lose ground. FUNNY
FELLOW shifted to the outside, just after the 200m. . |

MIXED 4/5 – 366M PARIS FRANCE was best to begin. COLD HARD TRUTH was slow and shifted to the
outside shortly after the start.
CAWBOURNE BIGRED and SIR TO YOU raced tight and bumped shortly after
the start. SIR TO YOU shifted in
shortly after the 200m. At the same
time, WILDASH CECIL shifted to the outside. |

were all marginally slow. Shortly
after the start, CARBROOK LAD shifted out and raced tight with CAPTAIN LOUIE
bumping on occasion. Approaching the
200m, GUNNA WINK shifted in. |
