The greyhound SONTREI MESCUAL performed a
satisfactory stewards’ trial, over a distance of 366m, in a
time of 20.39, and is now cleared to race.

GREYHOUND PHOTOS MAIDEN – 366M RAINTREE
COUNTY and GLASS ONION collide, shortly after the start. Shortly after, INDIAN LAKE and CADOGAN
collide. Near the 200m, RAINTREE
COUNTY and INDIAN LAKE collide. Near
the 100m, RAINTREE COUNTY shifted in, failed to pursue the lure with due
commitment and collided with INDIAN LAKE.
The
greyhound RAINTREE COUNTY underwent a post race veterinary examination and
was found to have sustained an injury to the near side hip and was stood down
for a period of 10 days. Connection
to the greyhound RAINTREE COUNTY was advised that the greyhound would be
charged under Rule 69(b) Failing to Pursue with Injury, 1st
Offence, with the greyhound to be stood down for a period of 10 days and
would be required to perform a satisfactory stewards’ trial prior to racing. |

the start, QUAKER STATE, HAY YOU FELLA and CAWBOURNE FAWNY received
interference and lost ground. For the majority
of the race, EL ROMANO, CAWBOURNE FAWNY and BARDO’S MEMORY raced tight,
resulting in all greyhounds to be checked and lose ground. Near the 150m,
CAWBOURNE FAWNY and ROYAL PLAY collide. |

STICKY STICKA raced tight, resulting in all greyhounds to lose ground. Near the 200m, GOT THERE and GALWAY JOHANN
collide. Near the 150m, TSAR BOMBER
and KULU EAGLE collide. The greyhound RISING SON underwent a post race veterinary
examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the near hind foot
and was stood down for a period of 7 days. |

OVERBOARD raced tight. Near the 200m,
SKYLIGHT BELLE and GIRL OVERBOARD collide.

ZINZAN BROOKE @ STUD
5TH GRADE FINAL – 366M LA BAMBA and PAY THE WAY were tightened for racing room
shortly after the start and lost ground.
Near the 50m, LORD SIRIUS turned its head in the direction of OUR
DELIVERANCE and failed to chase the lure with due commitment. The greyhound PAY THE WAY underwent a post race
veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. Connection
to the greyhound LORD SIRIUS was advised that the greyhound would be charged
under Rule 69(A) Failing to Pursue, 2nd Offence, with the
greyhound to be stood down for a period of 3 months and would be required to
perform a satisfactory stewards’ trial prior to racing. |
