Race 1 – ONTHECLOCK FOR TRIALS | MAIDEN | 366M

 

At the start, SECOND SOLUTION and NOIRE DREAM collided. NEVER and BIG MAN RUSTY collided. Approaching the 200m, TINKER BEN contacted the heels of TESS BONUS, both runners were checked. SECOND SLOUTION was hampered.

 

A post-race veterinary examination of SECOND SOLUTION failed to reveal any abnormalities.

Race 2 – KEYBOW @ STUD MAIDEN FINAL | MAIDEN | 366M

 

STELLAR STAR, RUMBLE MASTER and ALPHA SOMETHING all collided at the start. Shortly after the start, STELLAR STAR and SMELL THE CHEESE both checked in across heels. Leaving the 300m, SPIKE REBEL, LAURIE’S BONUS and RUMBLE MASTER all bumped. Near the 200m, SPIKE REBEL and LAURIE’S BONUS bumped. Near the 100m, SPIKE REBEL turned its head outwards and make muzzle contact with JEZEBEL’S JEWEL. JEZEBEL’S JEWEL then shifted out and collided with ALPHA SOMETHING. LAURIE’S BONUS checked out across heels and bumped JEZEBEL’S JEWEL. STELLAR STAR checked out across heels.

 

Connections of SPIKE REBEL were advised that the greyhound would be suspended from racing for 28 days at the Capalaba Greyhound Racing Club and until the completion of a satisfactory stewards trial under GAR69(2)(a), marring (1st offence).

 

Race 3 – GREYHOUND ADOPTION PROGRAM | NOVICE | 366M

 

Shortly after the start, STRAIT RUM was tightened for room, checked out across heels and collided with GIFT. Near the 250m, WALTZING BANJO, BLACK TINKER and STYLE COUNTY were all tightened for room and hampered. GIFT checked in across heels. Near the 200m, SPIRIT RIVER and TWEED GOVENER collided. Near the 100m, WALTZING BANJO was tightened for room and checked in across heels. Near the 50m, WILD MAN and STYLE COUNTY bumped.  

 

Race 4 – BUYABALE.COM.AU | MA5 | 366M

 

RAPID MAIL and WINGS OF PERLITA collided at the start.

 

Race 5 – JUST GREYHOUND PHOTOS | MA5 | 366M

 

DOLLAR AND CENT, LUCKMAN and COUNTRY GRENADE all collided at the start. Near the 100m, BELLA CETTE checked out across heels. Shortly after the start, DOLLAR AND CENT commenced to give ground and took no further competitive part in the event.

 

A post-race veterinary examination of DOLLAR AND CENT revealed the greyhound had sustained an injury to the near hind leg and was subsequently stood down for a period of 14 days. Connections of DOLLAR AND CENT advised stewards that the greyhound would be retired from racing.

 

Race 6 – CORNERSTONE RISK | GRADE 4 | 366M

 

Shortly after the start, STAR RING checked in across heels. FABTHOR and OUTA BUSINESS bumped. Near the 250m, BUDDY TOKAAM and THANKING PETER bumped. Near the 200m, CHAMPAGNE SALLY shifted to the inside of the track.

 

Race 7 – SWAN PLUMBING SUPPLIES CAPALABA | GRADE 5 | 366M

 

At the start, INFRARED LAD and IRISH RIPPLE were both tightened for room and checked. Shortly after the start, EL ROMANO and GIVE IT SOME bumped. Near the 300m, EL ROMANO shifted to the outside of the track. HOOT shifted to the inside of the track. INFRARED LAD checked off heels. Near the 150m, TIGHT CIRCLE checked in across heels and collided with HARA’S SHADOW.

 

Race 8 – SHANE MURPHY PAINTING | BEST 8 | 366M

 

REDNECK BANJO was best to begin. MEMPHIS and ADHARA STEEL collided at the start. Approaching the 200m, AMBER MARIE shifted out. CALL ME UGO shifted to the inside.

 

Race 9 – DR JOHN MURRAY | GRADE 5 | 366M

 

Leaving the 300m, REGAL SAPPHIRE checked out across heels. ALPHA THEMIS raced in restricted room and was hampered.

 

Race 10 – CAPALABA GREYHOUNDS ON FACEBOOK | GRADE 5 | 366M

 

At the start, SKYLIGHT BELLE collided with ODESSA, which was checked. DODGY DIAMONDS and CINDY RUMBLE bumped. Near the 300m, CINDY RUMBLE and TAM’S GIRL bumped. Shortly after, TAM’S GIRL contacted the heels of HAPPY MAIL.

 

Race 11 –ZINZAN BROOKE @ STUD | GRADE 5 | 366M

 

DOUBLE SPUR was slow to begin. TORAH SPRITE and DREAMING SODA collided at the start. BROKEN LOOSE and KEEP ON GOING bumped. Near the 250m, KEEP ON GOING and CAN’T POSSIBLY bumped. Near the 200m, COPY WORKSHOP, BROKEN LOOSE and DEFY all collided. Leaving the 100m, KEEP ON GOING and COPY WORKSHOP collided. COPY WORKSHOP then shifted in and bumped DEFY. Over the concluding stages, COPY WORKSHOP shifted outwards. 

 

Race 12 – ADOPT A GREYHOUND | GRADE 5 | 366M

 

ONE FOR MICK was slow to begin. BULLSEYE DOUBT and LAUGHING GEAR bumped at the start. Shortly after the start, BULLSEYE DOUBT and LAUGHING BEAR collided. LAUGHING BEAR shifted to the inside.

 

A post-race veterinary examination of ONE FOR MICK failed to reveal any abnormalities.
