Severely impeded and checked by another runner approaching the 100 metre point. (4) Knock On Effect – inconvenienced then checked immediately after the start. (5) Son Of State – proved difficult to place in the boxes, and as a result was deemed Hard to Box. Shifted in and collided with other runners immediately after the start. Collided into another runner approaching the 200 metre point. Shifted in and checked another runner approaching the 100 metre point. (7) Junior Jet – marginally slow to begin. (8) Dusty's Charlie – best to begin. (9/3) Secret Thoughts – inconvenienced then checked immediately after the start.

Momentarily impeded approaching the 100 metre point. (4) Blended – best to begin. (5) Open Slather – checked on multiple occasions by another runner shifting in, approaching the 200 metre point. (6) Monster Magic – significantly inconvenienced by another runner immediately after the start. (7) Willie Fire – significantly checked by another runner immediately after the start. (8) Humpty Doo – shifted in immediately after the start and collided with another runner. Shifted in and checked with another runner on multiple occasions approaching the 200 metre point.
Race 3 – WYNNUM HAULAGE | Grade 5 | 366m (1) Haze Purple – best to begin. (3) Tee Be Good – impeded over the concluding stages of the race. (4) Rosdue Shaka – slow to begin. Impeded at the 200 metre point and shifted in sharply. (5) Imma Callim Klay – impeded by another runner that was shifting out approaching the 100 metre point. (6) Logan's Run – checked onto the heels of another runner leaving the 100 metre point. (7) Give It Some – significantly inconvenienced by another runner leaving the 100 metre point. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.
Race 4 – GREYHOUND ADOPTION PROGRAM | Grade BT8 | 366m (1) Thanking Peter – checked shortly after the start. (2) Corykodi – impeded and checked just prior to the finish. (4) Power Service – significantly checked by another runner shortly after the start. (8) Call Me Ugo – best to begin. Shifted in sharply after the start and collided heavily with another runner.
