Race 1 – TAB MAIDEN (1) 366m 3 Dangerous Dora – slow to begin. 4 Spring Motion - raced tight and bumped with another runner when leaving the 100m and lost ground as a consequence. Over the concluding stages, shifted outwards, bumped with another and became momentarily unbalanced. 5 Venus Alive – tightened between runners shortly after the start and was momentarily hampered. Raced tight and bumped with another runner when leaving the 100m and lost ground as a consequence. 6 Diesel's Charlie – bumped with outside runner shortly after the start and lost ground. Shifted inwards across heels near the 300m to obtain clear running. 7 Shoe In Mail – bumped with outside runner shortly after the start, shifted wider on the track and lost ground. 8 Spasmodic Star – bumped by another runner over the concluding stages.
Race 2 – CHRIS GEORGIOU APPRECIATION MAIDEN (2) 366m 2 Under Shot Mail – bumped with outside runner on several occasions throughout the early stages of the event before crossing to the outside when approaching the 200m, hampering another runner as a consequence. 3 Heart Of Pandora – bumped with inside runner on several occasions throughout the early stages of the event before being checked when approaching the 200m, when the other runner shifted outwards. 4 Hard Taskmaster – shifted ground on several occasions throughout the event. 5 Icy Ivan – slow to begin. 6 Tracies Treasure – blundered at the start and was subsequently slow to begin. Shifted inwards when leaving the 100m and collided with another runner. 7 Night Chaser – collided with outside runner at the start and for a short distance, and lost considerable ground as a consequence. Collided with another runner near the 100m, which was shifting inwards. 8 Troy Of Orange – collided with inside runner at the start and for a short distance, and lost considerable ground as a consequence.
Race 3 – WYNNUM HAULAGE NOVICE 366m 2 Mia's Mail – shifted outwards at the start, bumped with another runner, and was checked. 3 Run Blake Run – buffeted between runners at the start and was checked. 4 Silent Talk – shifted inwards at the start, bumped with another runner, and was checked. 6 Mob Deep – bumped with another runner when approaching the 300m. 7 Expat Monza – bumped with an outside runner shortly after the start. Bumped with another runner when approaching the 300m. 8 Stoney Typhoon – bumped with an inside runner shortly after the start.
Race 4 – BAY CITY PET TRAVEL MA5 366m 1 Bowenvale – shifted outwards on jumping, bumping with another runner and lost ground. Continued to shift outwards shortly after, colliding with another runner, and was severely checked and lost ground. Eased momentarily to avoid the heels of another runner, which was shifting inwards, over the concluding stages and lost ground. 2 Eye Like Cake – slow to begin. Bumped by another runner shortly after the start and lost ground. 3 Magic Pass – permitted a weight of 1.1kg under R39. 4 Razziai Rain – shifted outwards shortly after the start, bumping with other runners. 5 Tada – slow to begin. 6 Marbel Prince – tightened between runners shortly after the start and was checked. Faulted over the concluding stages and lost ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a strain to the offside foreleg flexor tendon and was stood down from racing for 10 days. 7 Next – tightened between runners shortly after the start, eased then shifted inwards, colliding with another runner, was severely checked and lost considerable ground. Hampered by another runner, which was shifting inwards, when leaving the 200m and lost ground. 8 Girl Overboard – shifted inwards across heels when leaving the 200m, collided with another and hampered another, and lost ground as a consequence.
Race 5 – LEEROY ROGUE CAPALABA DERBY CAP 366 HEAT 1 OPEN 366m 2 Kravitz – slow to begin. Shortly after the start, shifted to the outside of the track, contacting the heels of another in so doing, and lost ground. 4 Audible Warning – bumped with other runner when tightened for room shortly after the start and lost ground. 7 Are Jay Junior – shifted inwards near the 300m, bumped with another and became momentarily unbalanced.
Race 6 – LEEROY ROGUE CAPALABA DERBY CAP 366 HEAT 1 OPEN 366m 2 Master Douglas – tightened for racing room shortly after the start and was checked. 3 Easy Al – declared a late scratching at 8:40am when reported to have sustained an injury to the nearside hind foot and was stood down for 10 days under R23. 4 Seratus – tightened for racing room shortly after the start and was checked. 6 Mungo Barry – shifted in across heels near the 150m and lost ground. 7 Colbar Boy – checked off heels near the 50m and lost ground.
Race 7 – JUST GREYHOUND PHOTOS MASTERS FINAL MA5 366m 2 Viking White – began awkwardly. 7 Eye Hate Cake – shifted outwards after jumping away.
Race 8 – SHANE MURPHY PAINTING MIXED 4/5 366m 2 Chippies – slow to begin. Raced tight and bumped on several occasions with another runner through the middle stages and lost ground. 7 Alpha Hestia – checked off heels shortly after the start and was momentarily hampered. 8 Stern - raced tight and bumped on several occasions with another runner through the middle stages and lost ground.
Race 9 – KEYBOW @ STUD CAPALABA FUTURITY CAP 366 HEAT 1 OPEN 366m 7 Hillside Fear – slow to begin then shift to the inside rail and lost ground.
Race 10 – KEYBOW @ STUD CAPALABA FUTURITY CAP 366 HEAT 2 OPEN 366m 7 Always Forever – marginally slow to begin.
Race 11 – CORNERSTONE RISK MANAGEMENT GRADE 5 (1) 366m 1 Jemma's Magic – bumped by another runner when approaching the 200m and lost ground. Bumped with another runner on several occasions over the concluding stages and lost ground. 2 Steamy Night – began awkwardly. 4 Branwell Lee – bumped by another runner shortly after the start and was checked. Bumped with another runner on several occasions over the concluding stages and lost ground. 5 Haigslea Flyer – proved moderately difficult to load. Trainer advised the greyhounds boxing manners would be monitored in future events. 6 Alpha Eleni – slow to begin. Bumped by another runner shortly after the start and was checked. 7 Junior Jet – shifted inwards shortly after the start, bumped with other runners and was checked. Shifted inwards when approaching the 200m, bumped with another runner and lost ground.
Race 12 – WWW.ONTHECLOCK.COM.AU FOR TRIALS GRADE 5 (2) 366m 2 Luck's Gone – permitted a weight variation of 1.6kg under R39. Marginally slow to begin. 3 Chief Snow – shifted outwards shortly after the start, collided with another runner and was severely checked. 5 Logan Storm – collided with another runner, which was shifting outwards, shortly after the start and was severely checked. 8 Russian Roulette – raced in restricted room near the 150m, was momentarily hampered and lost ground. ___________________
