Race 1 - WAYNE HARRIS MAIDEN 366m

1 Brouhaha Boy – Shortly after the start was checked. Passing the 250m was severely checked falling as a result. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a laceration to its head and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

2 Zulu Blade – Began awkwardly, shortly after the start was tightened.

3 Archie Boy – Slow to begin, passing the 300m checked across heels. Passing the 50m looked awkward in its action. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to its back muscle and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

4 Majestic Level – Tightened shortly after the start.

6 Cheeky Chaser – Approaching the 250m was inconvenienced when bumped heavily by Aperture which shifted in. From the 250m until the end of the event bumped with Aperture on numerous occasions.

7 Polly's Jester – At the 250m was checked.

8 Aperture – Shortly after the start commenced to shift in making contact with another runner then at approximately the 250m turned its head inwards towards Cheeky Chaser which resulted in other runners being checked. From the 250m until the end of the event bumped with Cheeky Chaser on numerous occasions. Near the finish momentarily eased. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent injury. Stewards spoke to Trainer S Johnson regarding the greyhounds’ actions at a point near the 250m. After reviewing the video replay, considering the submissions from the trainer and the veterinary report. Stewards deemed that Aperture had turned its head inwards towards Cheeky Chaser taking its attention away from the lure, therefore invoked GAR 69A Failing to Pursue. As this was the greyhound’s 1st offence under this rule Aperture was suspended from racing at Capalaba for 28 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

4 Bad Boy Burn – Approaching the 100m was bumped becoming unbalanced.

5 Gunnadoo Oak – Shortly after the start was tightened between runners.

2 Memory Lane – Shortly after the start was bumped becoming awkward, approaching the 200m was bumped becoming unbalanced. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to its offside hind leg and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

3 Alpha Duke - Approaching the 200m was bumped becoming unbalanced.

6 Patchwork Nate – On jumping collided heavily with another runner.

7 Aerobic System – On jumping collided heavily with another runner.

Race 4 - JOHN BUNNY BRASCH MIXED 3/4 366m

Race 5 - WYNNUM HAULAGE GRADE 5 (1) 366m

2 Julie Maree Brian – Near the 200m was bumped becoming unbalanced.

3 Fogman – Over the final stages was bumped when Expat Hellcat shifted in.

4 Dexter You Devil – Passing the 150m was tightened between runners.

5 In No Rush – Passing the 300m was tightened between runners, near the finish improved onto heels.

7 Expat Hellcat – Shortly after the start was bumped, over the final 30m shifted in bumping Fogman.

Race 6 - TAB ANNIVERSARY CUP HEAT 1 OPEN 366m

1 Made In America – From the 300m to the 100m bumped with Faith In Norris on several occasions. Passing the 50m checked across heels.

2 Kenny Sure Can – Passing the 100m was bumped becoming unbalanced.

3 Faith In Norris – From the 300m to the 100m bumped with Made In America on several occasions.

5 Aston Turbine – Shortly after the start checked across heels.

Race 7 - JEFFERY JONES CELEBRATION OF LIFE TROPHY FINAL 5TH GRADE FINAL GRADE 5 366m

1 Rush Clifford – Passing the 300m was checked.

2 Herman Maze Key – Passing the 300m was checked, near the finish checked across heels.

4 Broich – Shortly after the start was tightened.

5 Red Dirt Rob – Passing the 300m was checked.

7 Bonnie Keeping – Slow to begin, passing the 300m was checked. At the 200m was tightened between runners, near the finish checked across heels.

8 Dream Chaser – A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

Race 8 - TAB ANNIVERSARY CUP HEAT 2 OPEN 366m

2 My Girl Gracey – Approaching the 100m was tightened between runners and checked.

3 Nizam Bale – Slow to begin.

6 Point To Point – Shortly after the start was tightened between runners.

8 Pink Flyer – Passing the 300m appeared awkward in its action. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the nearside hind back muscle and was stood down from racing for 14 days.

Race 9 - CORNERSTONE RISK GRADE 5 (2) 366m

3 Editor – Shortly after the start was tightened.

6 Ranger Rod – Began very awkwardly missing the start.

9 Danielle Keeping – Shortly after the start was checked.

Race 10 - TVATI GREYHOUND GRADE 5 (3) 366m

3 Alpha Ruler – At the 150m was severely checked.

4 Waypoint Whisky – Shortly after the start was tightened, approaching the 300m was checked.

5 Rusty Coyne – At the 100m was checked.

8 Leo's Letters – At the 150m was severely checked. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

3 Iron Pony – Slow to begin.

5 Zipping Dusty – Slow to begin.

6 Butter Puddin' – Shortly after the start checked across heels.

Race 12 - SHANE MURPHY PAINTING MA5 (2) 366m

2 Speedy Jack – Over the final stages bumped with another runner.

4 Gershwin Rhythm – Slow to begin.

5 Tommy Time – Approaching the 200m checked across heels.

6 Shy But Savage – Shortly after the start was tightened.
