Race 2 - JUST GREYHOUND PHOTOS MAIDEN FINAL MAIDEN 366m

1 Got Issues – Approaching the 300 metres shifted up the track

2 Quite The Man – Late Scratching – TAB notified @ 11:02am.

3 Within Range – Approaching the 300 metres was checked.

6 Just Handy – Began awkwardly and then shifted out and bumped with another runner.

10 Freddie Blue - Shortly after the start bumped with another runner then checked.

Race 3 - WYNNUM HAULAGE NOVICE (1) 366m

1 Six Schooners – A post-race veterinarian examination revealed no apparent abnormalities. When questioned into today’s poor performance trainer J. Henzell could not offer any tangible reason for the disappointing performance. J. Henzell advised stewards he would speak to connections about the future status of the greyhound. Stewards deemed today’s performance was unsatisfactory, therefore invoked GAR 129(a) unsatisfactory performance. Six schooners was stood down and must complete one (1) satisfactory steward trial before racing again.

3 Authority - Shortly after the start bumped with another runner.

8 Rocking Banjo – Approaching the winning post checked around heels.

Race 4 - TREVOR MCSHERRY CLASSIC NOVICE (2) 366m

2 Alpha Zap - Shortly after the start bumped with another runner.

3 My Gal Cookie – Began awkwardly then bumped with another runner and then checked.

4 Prince Brockie - Shortly after the start bumped with another runner.

5 Neon Alley – Shortly after the start bumped with another runner. Approaching the 300 metres shifted out and bumped with another runner and then checked.

6 Fleur De Belle - Shortly after the start bumped with another runner. Approaching the 300 metres shifted in and bumped with another runner then checked and then fell and took no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

2 Betty Jo – Was slow to begin.

5 Bob Albury – Began awkwardly.
