Race 1 - WYNNUM HAULAGE MAIDEN HEAT 1 MAIDEN 366m

2 Hello Sarah Took several awkward steps approaching the finish. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent injury.

3 Hooked On Cory Checked approaching the 200m.

4 Juice Box Checked approaching the 200m.

5 Frozen Mail Checked approaching the 200m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the off side pin, 14 days stand down from racing.

7 Caesar's Corner Checked passing 200m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the near hind toe, 60 days stand down from racing and satisfactory completion of a steward’s trial prior to racing next. This matter will be referred to the Greyhound Racing Injury Review Panel.

1 Thai Warrior Bumped shortly after the start.

2 Cashmere Kaos Bumped shortly after the start. Bumped approaching 100m.

4 Our Opals Bumped shortly after the start.

5 Black Idol Bumped shortly after the start. Bumped approaching 100m.

Race 6 - TREVOR MCSHERRY CLASSIC GRADE 4 366m

6 Silver Sticks Turned its head to the inside away from the lure shortly after 100m. Silver Sticks Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the near hind leg, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to trainer’s representative Diana Sant, regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the finish. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125(a), Silver Sticks was found in breach of failing to pursue the lure with due commitment by reason of injury and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

Race 10 - LEEROY ROGUE 5TH GRADE HEAT 1 GRADE 5 366m

3 Hay You Beast Checked shortly after the start.

6 Aerobic Rouge Checked shortly after the start.

8 Luna Flame Bumped shortly after the start. Visibly eased approaching the finish.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent injury.

Stewards spoke to Trainer Jason Schmidt, the trainer of Luna Flame regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the finish.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 124(1) Luna Flame was found in breach of failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. As this was Luna Flame’s 1^st offence the greyhound was suspended for 28 days at Capalaba and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 124(1), before any future nomination will be accepted.

9 Lady Swiss (5) Checked shortly after the start. Checked approaching 200m.

Race 11 - LEEROY ROGUE 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 GRADE 5 366m

3 Cyclone Molly Bumped shortly after 200m.

4 Sweet Enough Shifted out colliding with another runner shortly after 200m.

8 Gulp Gorgeous Tightened for room shortly after 200m.

2 Empire Rolls On Bumped shortly after the start. Checked approaching 100m.

3 Despicable Josh Bumped shortly after the start. Checked approaching 100m. Shifted in, turned its head to the inside away from the lure and made muzzle contact with another runner passing 100m. 

Stewards spoke to trainer Keith Donaldson regarding Despicable Josh’s racing manners approaching the finish. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123 Despicable Josh was found in breach of marring. As this was Despicable Josh’s 1^st offence the greyhound was suspended for 28 days at Capalaba and must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 123, before any future nomination will be accepted.
