Handler Barry Jones entered a plea of not guilty/was found guilty and was fined the sum of $100.00 in respect of a charge issued pursuant to Greyhounds Australasia Rule 99 for failing to ensure that a registered person was present at the catching pen area prior to the commencement of Race 9 for the purpose of catching the greyhound Maddy’s Girl when that greyhound was engaged to compete in that Event.
