4 Pause Control- Beaten favourite – Marginally slow to begin. Checked on multiple occasions shortly after the start. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no significant findings.

3 Phantom Phoenix- Beaten favourite – Marginally slow to begin and tightened for room shortly after the start. Stewards heard comment from the trainer Chris Brydon who stated that he was disappointed with the greyhound’s performance today, noting that he supported Phantom Phoenix to win.

 

Race 6 - SENTENCED AT STUD MIXED 3/4 366m

 

3 All Lies Ahead- Beaton favourite – Marginally slow to begin. Checked shortly after the start. Inconvenienced nearing the 100m mark.

 

6 Daysea’s Sam- Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed a small laceration to the near fore toe, no stand down period imposed.

2 Lenny Keeping- Performed below market expectation. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the nearside hip and was stood down from racing for 7 days.
