Race 1 - JUST GREYHOUND PHOTOS MAIDEN (1) 366m

3 Electric Scooter – Faulted in its action approaching the 100m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the near side hip and was subsequently stood down for 10 days.

6 Power Hungry – Tailed the field for the majority of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr D Moore regarding the competitiveness of Power Hungry in today’s event. Stewards deemed the performance unsatisfactory, acting in accordance with GAR 129, Power Hungry must perform a Satisfactory Trial before any future nomination will be accepted.

Race 2 - WYNNUM HAULAGE MAIDEN (2) 366m

7 Streamline Lady – Tailed the field for the majority of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr D Moore regarding the competitiveness of Streamline Lady in today’s event. Stewards deemed the performance unsatisfactory, acting in accordance with GAR 129, Streamline Lady must perform a Satisfactory Trial before any future nomination will be accepted.

Race 3 - ANNUAL PEST MANAGEMENT MAIDEN FINAL MAIDEN 366m

8 Tommy Air – A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the offside hock and was subsequently stood down for 10 days.

Race 4 - TREVOR MCSHERRY CLASSIC NOVICE 366m

4 Daysea’s Samara – A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities.

6 Topaz Blue – Declared a late scratching @ 12:50pm acting on veterinary advice.

Race 5 - RACE REVOLUTION TIMING SYSTEMS 1-3 WINS 366m

1 Aston Surpens – Declared a late scratching @ 11:02am acting on veterinary advice.

4 Blue Bertrum – Checked approaching the 100m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the off hind back muscle and was subsequently stood down for 21 days.

Race 8 - MERV PAGE CUP 5TH GRADE FINAL GRADE 5 366m

1 Hurry Up Blazer – Declared a late scratching @ 11:02am acting on veterinary advice.

Race 9 - SENTENCED AT STUD MA5 366m

1 One Size Up – Faulted in its action approaching the 300m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the off hind back muscle and was subsequently stood down for 28 days. Further the greyhound will be required to complete a satisfactory injury trial prior to retuning to racing.
