2 Red Yogi – Gave ground from the 200m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Stewards spoke to trainer Anne Clelland regarding the greyhound’s performance. Mrs Clelland stated that the greyhound has only come into her trainership less than a week ago and it was the greyhounds first time on the straight track but after its performance today she intends to trial the greyhound before returning to racing back on a circle track. Stewards noted the submissions.
5 Galway Belle - Checked soon after the start, checked approaching the 200m, gave ground from the 100m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.
