Hillside Howler – Severely checked and lost momentum shortly after the start. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a nearside hip injury, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down from racing for 7 days.

|
Daysea’s Tim - Handler Mr Robert Daysea entered a plea of guilty and was reprimanded in respect of a charge issued pursuant to Greyhounds Australasia Rule 156(f)(ii) in that he was negligent in leaving the collar on Daysea’s Tim for the running of the event. |

Hooked on Daisy - Late scratching at 10.24am due to a weight variation pursuant to GAR 101(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days. Jodi Davis was fined $100.00 pursuant to GAR 101(3)(b).
Engineered Kaos - Severely checked and fell shortly after the start. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities.

A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offhind back muscle injury, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down from racing for 28 days and until the completion of one satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

Painted Infrared - Dislodged its muzzle and showed signed of aggression towards another runner in the catching pen. Acting under the provisions of GAR 131 Stewards advised trainer representative Mr J Aylward the greyhound will now be required to wear an aggression muzzle and will require two catchers at future events.
Impress Dressel – Beaten Favourite. Checked shortly after the start and lost momentum. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities.
Tommy Egan - Checked shortly after the start. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a nearhind toe injury, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down from racing for 14 days.
Valhalla - Late scratching at 10.57am pursuant to GAR 92(2) when the veterinary official found the greyhound to have an offhind leg bruising during kennelling. A day 4 stand down period was imposed.
I’m Peakin - A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities. |

Little Byrnes - A post-race veterinary examination revealed a nearhind back muscle injury, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down from racing for 28 days and until the completion of one satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next. Trainer representative Ms J Ashford stated that the greyhound would be retired from racing following today’s event.
