2. Uncle Dave – Late scratching at 11:13am when trainer S Galloway reported the greyhound to have an illness GAR 76(2). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 76(5) before any future nomination will be accepted.

3. Macona Express – Approaching the 200m made contact with the running rail. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

4. Daysea’s Shelly – Began awkwardly. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to its nearside shoulder and was stood down from racing for 7 days.

 

 

 

Race 10 - SENTENCED AT STUD GRADE 4 366m

 

No racing incidents of concern.

 

 

 

Race 11 - ANNUAL PEST MANAGEMENT MA5 (1) 366m

 

3. Hope In Heart – At the 150m was bumped appearing injured as a result. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to its nearside hock and was stood down from racing for 90 days. Trainer B Wormer was advised the greyhound must successfully complete a steward’s trial after the injury period has expired, prior to racing next.
