2. Demon Isla’s – Shortly after the start was checked. Approaching the winning post took several awkward strides. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed both wrist soreness and was stood down from racing for 28 days and must complete a satisfactory Stewards trial prior to racing next.
7. Lord Apollon – Shortly after the start was checked. At approximately the 50 metres lost ground appearing injured. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed no significant findings. A subsequent veterinarian examination revealed an offside wrist injury and was stood down from racing for 7 days. |

8. Titanium Blend – Shortly after the start was checked and then took no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed a laceration to the offside foreleg and was stood down from racing for 5 days. |

3. Ruby Shines – At approximately the 300 metres was checked, dragged down and then stumbled. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed an offside hamstring injury and was stood down from racing for 7 days. |
