6. Into The Unknown – Shortly after the start shifted in sharply then checked. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed no significant findings.

Race 3 - WYNNUM HAULAGE NOVICE (2) 366m

 

4. Long Jetty – A post-race veterinarian examination revealed no significant findings.

 

6. Not Kath – Shortly after the start was checked heavily. At approximately the 200 metres gave ground taking no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed an offside hip injury and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

 

Race 4 - AMJ ENGINEERING & FABRICATION GRADE 5 366m

 

4. Bronze Bomber – Began awkwardly. Approaching the 200 metres gave ground taking no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed an offside back muscle and was stood down from racing for 28 days and must complete a satisfactory Stewards trial prior to racing next.

6. Rapid On Fire - Proved difficult to box at the start of the race. Stewards acting under the provisions of GAR 106(2) advised trainer Corey Mutton that the greyhound will now be boxed first for future race starts.

 

Race 8 - DR JOHN MURRAY APPRECIATION 5TH GRADE FINAL GRADE 5 366m

 

2. Bogie Frank - Late scratching at 1:55pm pursuant to GAR 76(2) due to vets’ advice and the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

4. Too Hot – At approximately the 100 metres gave ground taking no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed an offside hip support injury and was stood down from racing for 10 days.

3. Haytown’s Trio – Leaving the 300 metres was checked. At approximately the 250 metres was checked and then dragged down. A post-race veterinarian examination revealed an off-hind foot injury and was stood down from racing for 60 days and must complete a satisfactory Stewards trial prior to racing next.
