1 Racing Queen - Proved difficult to box at the start of the race. Stewards acting under the provisions of GAR 106(2) advised trainer representative J.Cauchi that the greyhound will now be boxed first for future race starts.

 

2 Lady Deuce - Proved difficult to box at the start of the race. Stewards acting under the provisions of GAR 106(2) advised trainer C.Mutton that the greyhound will now be boxed first for future race starts.

 

7 Not Likely – Commenced to give ground approaching the 200m mark appearing injured.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside forelimb and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

Race 3 - WYNNUM HAULAGE MA5 (1) 366m

 

6 Emerald Dragon – Took an awkward stride approaching the finish line.  A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside hindlimb and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

8 Specified – Took an awkward stride approaching the 100m mark.  A veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

 

Race 8 - ANNUAL PEST MANAGEMENT MIXED 3/4 366m

 

4 Born To Race – A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the nearside hindlimb and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.
