greyhound CHIEF CHEROKEE performed a satisfactory 6 month trial over the
distance of 431m in a time of 25.93. Stewards’
Trial – 431m The
greyhound WHITE MACOY performed a satisfactory steward’s trial over the
distance of 431m in a time of 25.98 and is now cleared all tracks. |

MAIDEN HEAT 1 431M LEISURE SEEKER, MAKE THE MOST and
GRAVITY were slow to begin. Shortly
after GRAVITY was crowded for room, shifted out and made contact with SHE’S
SO SHADY causing that greyhound to become unbalanced. Through the 1st turn MAKE THE
MOST collided with LEISURE SEEKER and lost ground. Approaching the back turn SHE’S SO SHADY
was tightened and checked across the heels losing considerable ground. Rounding the home turn GRAVITY raced wide
inconveniencing LEISURE SEEKER which was racing to its outside. LEISURE SEEKER and GRAVITY bumped and raced
tight from the home turn to the finish of the event. GRAVITY made head and muzzle contact over
the concluding stages. Stewards advised trainer’s
representative Mr. J Bradley that the greyhound
GRAVITY would be charged under Rule 69 Marring, 1st offence, 28
days plus a satisfactory stewards’ trial 413m all tracks. |

RACING MAIDEN HEAT 2 431M STILL COMING and GLEBE KID were best
to begin. Shortly after KILCARNEY DASH
and SPRING DEAL bumped, both became unbalanced and lost ground. Through the 1st turn HERE FOR
YOU was hampered, checked and lost considerable ground. From the home turn and over the final
stages STILL COMING and JUST PRETEND bumped on several occasions causing both
greyhounds to lose their momentum.
GLEBE KID and FERNLEE STAR raced wide for the majority. |

BANK MAIDEN FINAL 431M RYLI’S
MIA was best to begin with SO SABRINA and GO FOR HOME being slow. Through the 1st turn KNEW YOU
WOULD checked across the heels of DASHING BRADSTA. RHONDDA MINER which was following was
inconvenienced and taken wider.
Approaching the back turn GO FOR HOME was checked and lost
ground. DASHING BRADSTA and RHONDDA
MINER both raced wide for the majority. |

GATTON TYRE SERVICE NOVICE 431M Even start. Approaching the 1st turn FAMOUS
FOR FUN and FARMOR KABOOM bumped on several occasion. Into the 1st turn FAMOUS FOR
FUN, FARMOR KABOOM and PUNCHES CHANCE collided and all became
unbalanced. DODGY DANCER raced
extremely wide in the back and home straights. |

VIEW GREYHOUND COMPLEX 5th GRADE 431M SPRING CANDY, ELUSIVE STRIKE, CHEEKY
CHEECH and KILTY JACK were slow to begin.
Through the 1st turn RYLI’S RANGA was checked. CHEEKY CHEECH which was following was
inconvenienced then taken wider.
Entering the home straight ELUSIVE STRIKE and SAVE US collided and
both became unbalanced. CHEEKY CHEECH
and WILD ELITE raced wide in both straights. |

GRADE 520M CRAZY VIXON was best to begin with
SHE CAN DO slow to begin. Through the 1st
turn MAJOR GENERAL and DEEP DESPAIR raced wide. SHE CAN DO and FYRE GAL bumped. Approaching the back turn SHIFT SEINE was
checked and lost ground. Entering the
home straight MAJOR GENERAL was bumped. |

& CO 4/5th GRADE 431M FABULOUS CYNDIE was best to begin
with GET INVOLVED being slow. Into the
1st turn MAYWYN ZILCH was checked and raced wide. GET INVOLVED and MAGIC KITCHEN bumped
resulting in MAGIC KITCHEN becoming unbalanced and losing ground. Approaching the back turn KLOEIS PRIDE
contacted the heels of MR. MARAUDER causing MR. MARAUDER to lose its
position. GLENALLON RINGO raced wide
for the majority. The
greyhound MAGIC KITCHEN was vetted and found to have suffered an injury to
the off fore leg and was stood down for a period of 10 days. |

GENTABLUE PET FOOD 4/5th GRADE FINAL 520M FAR FROM FEAR and DUSTY
WAY were slow to begin. Through the 1st
turn FRENCH IDOL checked across the heels of FABULOUS HOPE, became
momentarily inconvenienced. Over the
final stages FAR FROM FEAR and FABULOUS HOPE bumped. DUSTY WAY and QUEEN OF SHOW both raced wide
throughout. |

& DISTRICT COMMUNITY BANK 5th GRADE 431M DRAGON DANCER was best to
begin. Into the 1st turn
SPRING IT ON, GLENALLON ZULU, GRAVITY WOLF, RYLI’S RAMBO, JANE’S JEZABEL and
SMASHNIAK HARE all raced tight and suffered interference to various degrees. Approaching the back turn RYLI’S RAMBO
shifted in and became momentarily awkward and lost ground. The
greyhound RYLI’S RAMBO was vetted and no apparent injuries were found. |

5Th GRADE 431M Even start. Shortly after MISS DENMARK, FLASHMAN SAM,
BANK ON ME and WALLOON WIZARD all collided and suffered interference. Into the 1st turn FLASHMAN SAM
raced in restricted room, checked off heels and made heavy contact with
RYLI’S CAM. KIKEM SPRINGER which was
following was severely checked and lost ground. Approaching the back turn BANK ON ME
shifted in and made contact with the running rail and as a result twisted
sideways colliding with FLASHMAN SAM, RYLI’S CAM and KIKEM SPRINGER. FLASHMAN SAM, BANK ON ME and RYLI’S CAM all
fell and KIKEM SPRINGER was severely checked and lost considerable ground. The
greyhound FLASHMAN SAM was vetted and no apparent injuries were found. The
greyhound BANK ON ME was vetted and no apparent injuries were found. The
greyhound RYLI’S CAM was vetted and no apparent injuries were found. |
