Trial 1 – 4310m The
greyhound MADAM MEDUSA performed a satisfactory stewards’ trial and blinker
trial over the distance of 431m in a time of 25.64 and is now cleared to
nominate all tracks. |

GIRL were all best to begin with JOKER’S CHARM slow to begin. Shortly after the start SPRING SAMBIA
bumped SEA LEGS. Through the turn into
the back straight SPRING SAMBIA collided with TRIPLE BEE resulting in both
greyhounds being checked. JOKER’S
CHARM which was trailing was hampered as a result. Out of the back straight into the turn GO
FOR HOME shifted in tightening the running of SEA LEGS which was
hampered. At that same point SPRING
SAMBIA shifted in tightening the running of TRIPLE BEE, which made contact
with the running rail and was checked. The greyhound TRIPLE BEE was vetted
and no apparent injuries were found. |

SKY RACING MAIDEN 431M SIZEABLE and CHIEF CHEROKEE were
best to begin. At the start SPRING
TRIXIE, FROSTY ZERO, BENTAXLE and OORALEA all raced tight resulting in
BENTAXLE being checked. Shortly after
SPRING TRIXIE, FROSTY ZERO and OORALEA all collided. OORALEA then shifted out and made contact
with BUY BACK BUB, resulting in both greyhounds being checked. Through the turn into the back straight
CHIEF CHEROKEE improved onto the heels of SIZEABLE and was hampered. Out of the turn into the back straight LADY
TECHNO and SPRING TRIXIE bumped. On
entering the back straight FROSTY ZERO shifted in tightening the running of
BENTAXLE which was checked. BUY BACK
BUB raced wide in the back straight.
Out of the back straight into the turn LADY TECHNO shifted in and
collided with BENTAXLE, resulting in LADY TECHNO being checked and BENTAXLE
being hampered. SPRING TRIXIE raced
wide in the back straight. BUY BACK
BUB raced wide in the front straight.
Out of the turn into the back straight OORALEA eased for no apparent
reason. The greyhound OORALEA was vetted and
no apparent injuries were found.
Stewards advised trainer Mr. M Boody that the greyhound would be
charged under Rule 69 (A) Failing to Pursue, 1st offence, 28 days
plus a satisfactory stewards’ trial 431m all tracks. |

BANK MAIDEN 431M Even
start. Shortly after the start CHOPPER
NORRIS collided with WAVE CHIEF resulting in both greyhounds being
checked. Approaching the 1st
turn LALIQAUE, RED STORM and RYAN ROAD all raced tight resulting in RYAN ROAD
and LALIQUE being hampered. RED STORM
then shifted in tightening the running of LITE ME UP which was checked. LALIQUE and CHOPPER NORRIS which were
trailing were hampered as a result.
WAVE CHIEF raced wide in the back and front straights. RYAN ROAD and LITE ME UP raced wide in the
front straight. Over the concluding
stages LITE ME UP improved onto the heels of RYAN ROAD and was checked. |

GREYHOUND-DATA.COM NOVICE 431M Even start with LEISURE SEEKER and
COMPLETE CONTROL slow to begin.
Shortly after the start STOLE MY HEART and VENETIAN RESULTS
bumped. On entering the 1st
turn LEISURE SEEKER and SHINTARO STAR bumped.
STOLE MY HEART and VENETIAN RESULTS also bumped. Through the turn into the back straight
SHINTARO STAR and STOLE MY HEART were tightened for room and hampered. On entering the back straight ON THE RIZE
collided with a GUN DANCER, resulting in both greyhounds being checked. Leaving the back straight SHINTARO STAR
improved onto the heels of GUN DANCER and was hampered. GUN DANCER and
COMPLETE CONTROL bumped in the back straight.
PENNYLESS raced wide in the back straight. VENETIAN RESULTS raced wide
around the home turn. STOLE MY HEART
raced wide in the front straight.
LEISURE SEEKER raced wide in the front straight. |

O’TOOLE PAINTER NOVICE 431M BORN LEGACY and TECHNO LADY were
best to begin with AVOID DAMAGE slow to begin. Through the turn into the back straight
BORN LEGACY and TECHNO LADY bumped, TECHNO LADY then shifted out and collided
with ZABDON VUITTON resulting in both greyhounds being hampered. TINIE TEMPAH which was trailing was
hampered as was WATTA STEP UP. Shortly
after AVOID DAMAGE was tightened for room and checked. TECNO LADY raced wide in the front
straight. |

GRADE 520M KIKEM SPRINGER and SHE CAN DO were
slow to begin. In the front straight
into the turn MAYWYN’S COPY was tightened for room and checked. Shortly after MAYWYN’S COPY bumped BEACH
FRONT, which then became unbalanced momentarily. On entering the 1st turn KIKEM
SPRINGER collided with MAYWYN’S COPY resulting in both greyhounds begin
checked. In the back straight BIG EASY RED was tightened for room and
hampered. Out of the turn into the front straight SIDBO shifted out forcing BIG
EASY RED wider on the track. |

C2C CONSTRUCTIONS 5th
GRADE HEAT 1 431M KILTY JACK was slow to begin. Shortly after the start RYLI’S RAMBO
collided with ALLOYD CHARM. On
entering the 1st turn FYRE GAL was tightened for room and lost
ground. Through the turn into the back
straight MAYWYN ZILCH and THIS TIME MADDIE collided resulting in both
greyhounds shifting out wider on the track and losing ground. ALLOYD CHARM which was trailing then
improved onto the heels of MAYWYN ZILCH, resulting in both greyhounds being
checked. THIS TIME MADDIE was hampered
as a result. FYRE GAL and HASSIE’S
HASSLE bumped on several occasions over the concluding stages of the event. The greyhound MAYWYN ZILCH was
vetted and no apparent injuries were found. |

GRADE HEAT 2 431M Even start. Shortly after the start DODGY DANCER,
SPRING BIG IRON and DASHING CHARGER all collided. DASHING CHARGER then shifted out and
collided with OUCH, resulting in both greyhounds being checked. As a result SPRING BIG IRON was
checked. Shortly after OUCH shifted in
tightening the running of DASHING CHARGER, which was checked and shifted out
wider on the track. OUCH then improved
onto the heels of GRAVITY WOLF, resulting in GRAVITY WOLF being hampered and
OUCH being severely checked. DODGY
DANCER raced wide in the back straight.
Out of the back straight into the turn DASHING CHARGER shifted in
tightening the running of OUCH, which was hampered. JAGGER LILLY raced wide in the back
straight. RYLI’S RANGA raced wide in
the back straight. |

begin. Shortly after the start IMA
COWBOY, SCAR’S BROTHER, SUNDAY SUNRISE, BIG YELLOW TAXI and RYLI’S CAM all
collided, resulting in all runners being checked. Through the turn into the back straight BIG
YELLOW TAXI and SUNDAY SUNRISE collided resulting in BIG YELLOW TAXI being
checked. In the back straight HOORO
OLLIE shifted in tightening the running of PAW DIDEMIS which was
hampered. Through the turn into the
front straight SCAR’S BROTHER and PAW DIDEMIS bumped. SUNDAY SUNRISE raced wide in the back
straight. In the front straight IMA
COWBOY improved onto the heels of SUNDAY SUNRISE and was checked. |
