Trial 1 – 520m The
greyhound VICKI ROSE HI performed a satisfactory stewards’ trial over the
distance of 431m in a time of 25.56 and is now cleared all tracks. |

WWW.IPSWICHGREYHOUNDS.COM MAIDEN 431M HEZA NOIR was best to begin. SHAYLOR HULA was slow to begin. On entering the 1st turn
BENMESSO shifted in tightening the running of FROSWTY O’REILLY which was
checked, shifted out and collided with ICE PANTHER, FROSTY ZERO, UPBEAT TEMPO
and RYAN ROAD, resulting in RYAN ROAD and ICE PANTHER being checked. UPBEAT TEMPO, FROSTY ZERO and FROSTY
O’RIELLY all fell as result and took no further competitive part in the
event. HEZA NOIR, SHAYLOR HULA, ICE
PANTHER and RYAN ROAD all raced wide in the back straight. SHAYLOR HULA, HEZA NOIR and RYAN ROAD raced
wide in the front straight. The greyhound UPBEAT TEMPO was vetted
and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound FROSTY ZERO was vetted
and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound FROSTY O’REILLY was
vetted and found to have suffered an injury to the back and was stood down
for a period of 7 days. |

SKY RACING MAIDEN 431M COMMUNITY was best to begin. SPRING ROCCA and BARTHOLOMEW were slow to
begin. Shortly after the start FARMOR
FOR SHORE and BARCIA BANDICOOT collided resulting in both runners becoming
momentarily unbalanced. On entering
the 1st turn MISS PEREGIAN and FARMOR FOR SHORE collided. Through the turn into the back straight
SACRED SHIELD was tightened for room, checked and shifted out colliding with
MISS PEREGIAN which in turn shifted out and collided with FARMOR FOR SHORE,
resulting in all 3 runners being forced out side on the track and being
checked. Leaving the back straight
into the turn BARTHOLOMEW was tightened for room and hampered. Out of the back straight into the turn
BARCIA BANDICOOT collided with running rail and lost ground. The greyhound BARCIA BANDICOOT was
vetted and no apparent injuries were found. |

ROSEWOOD & DISTRICT COMMUNITY
BANK NOVICE 431M WOOZIE
DOOZIE was best to begin. Shortly
after the start FARMOR DIVA and SPRING MIA bumped. On entering the 1st turn
OPPORTUNE KNOCKA shifted in tightening the running of HARBOUR GYPSY, which
was checked. Shortly after WOOZIE
DOOZIE shifted in and tightened the running of OPPORTUNE KNOCKA which was
hampered. Through the turn into the
back straight FARMOR DIVA and SPRING MIA collided resulting in SPRING MIA
losing ground. Leaving the back
straight into the turn OPPORTUNE KNOCKA was tightened for room, checked,
shifted out on the track and collided with SOUTHE BRIDGE, resulting in both
runners being checked and losing ground.
FARMOR DIVA was tightened for room and checked leaving the back
straight into the turn. TOMMY BENZ
raced wide in the back straight. SOUTH
BRIDGE raced wide in the front straight. |

GATTON TYRE SERVICE 5th
GRADE HEAT 1 431M MONOCEROS was best to begin. Shortly after the start MONOCEROS and
HARA’S HAWKE collided. RAZEN TOAST and
ZABDON VUITTON collided. On entering
the 1st turn BOOTY BEACH checked out across the heels of HARA’S
HAWKE and collided with SHAYLOR CLEDUS.
ZABDON VUITTON shifted in tightened the running of RAZEN TOAST which
was checked. Out of the turn into the
back straight HARA’S HAWKE improved onto the heels and collided with ASTIN’S
WARRIOR and was checked. BOOTY BEACH
which was trailing was checked as a result. The greyhound ZABDON VUITTON was
vetted and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound BOOTY BEACH was vetted
and no apparent injuries were found. |

GOLDEN
VIEW GREYHOUND COMPLEX 5th GRADE HEAT 2 431M KILTY JACK was slow to begin. Through the 1st turn into the
back straight CAZORLA, TUCO SALAMANCA, DASHING DIME, SPRITLY LADY and SIZE
WONT MATTER all raced tight resulting in CAZORLA being checked and SPRITLY
LADY and SIZE WONT MATTER being hampered.
On entering the back straight SPRITLY LADY was tightened for racing
room and lost ground. CAZORLA was
hampered as a result of this incident.
Out of the back straight into the turn SPRITLY LADY and SIZE WONT
MATTER collided resulting in SIZE WONT MATTER being checked. SIZE WONT MATTER raced wide in the back
straight. RYLI’S MIA and SPRITLY LADY
bumped in the front straight. |

GRADE FINAL 431M LIL’ BIT SPARKY was slow to
begin. On entering the 1st
turn all runners with the exception of LIL’ BIT SPARKY raced tight resulting
in HARA’S BLAZE and GET INVOLVED being hampered, SPRING SHANGHAI, RYLI’S
RAMBO, HOOP DREAMS and RIVAL STATE all being checked. SPRING SHANGHAI improved onto the heels of
RYLI’S RAMBO out of the back straight into the turn and was hampered. RIVAL STATE raced wide in the back
straight. |

GRADE 520M SPRING IT ON and LUCY MOO were slow
to begin. Entering the 1st
turn PREMIER JET was tightened for room and shifted out to avoid MURBAH GOLD
heels. As a result BOGIE BEKIM was
forced out wider on the track. Through the turn into the back straight FLASH
ROSE and SPRING IT ON collided resulting in SPRING IT ON being checked. Out of the back straight into the turn
FLASH ROSE was tightened for room and checked. SPRING IT ON which was trailing was
hampered as a result. |

GRADE 431M BETTA BE RIGHT and HEZ SO
FAST were best to begin. Shortly after
the start STORM ROSE HI was tightened for room and checked. In the back straight SOCIAL DANCER was
tightened for room and checked.
Rounding the turn into the front straight STORM ROSE HI, CHEEKY CHEECH
and MAGIC FLY HIGH all collided.
CHEEKY CHEECH and SOCIAL DANCER collided on several occasions in the
back straight. In the front straight
CHEEKY CHEECH and MAGIC FLY HIGH bumped on several occasions. |

ROSEWOOD & DISTRICT COMMUNITY
BANK 5th GRADE HEAT 3 431M STRING QUARTET was tightened for
room at the start and lost ground.
Shortly after the start BELLA LEE and ARABIAN SHREDDER were tightened
for room and hampered. POCAHONTAS was hampered
as a result. Through the turn into the
back straight BELLA LEE was tightened for room and checked. Leaving the back straight into the turn
ARABIAN SHREDDER, BELLA LEE and RAPID ROSE all raced tight resulting in
ARABIAN SHREDDER being checked and RAPID ROSE being hampered. Out of the turn into the front straight
LEHMAN BENZ and SNOW RUNNER collided.
POCAHONTAS and STRING QUARTET raced wide in the back straight. STRING QUARTET raced wide in the front
straight. The greyhound POCAHONTAS was vetted
and no apparent injuries were found. |

GRADE HEAT 4 431M FAMECHON and ANGEL PRINCESS were
best to begin. Shortly after the start
ISA STAR was tightened for room and hampered.
Through the turn into the back straight SPRING TRIXIE was tightened
for room, checked and collided with ISA STAR, resulting in ISA STAR being
checked and SPRING TRIXIE being severely checked. BAIDEN ROSE HI which was trailing was
checked as a result. On entering the
back straight FAMECHON was tightened for room and hampered. On entering the back straight ISA STAR was
tightened for room and hampered.
Leaving the back straight into the turn MISS ESPOSITIO and ISA STAR
collided resulting in MISS ESPOSITO being checked. Out of the turn into the front straight
CHAMPAGNE BENZ checked out across the heels of FAMECHON. PAVLYUCHENKOVA raced wide in the front and
back straights. The greyhound SPRING TRIXIE was
vetted and no apparent injuries were found. |
