greyhound RENALD’S RIVALRY underwent a pre race veterinarian examination and
no apparent injuries were found. RISING
HAWKE was best to begin with a RIGHT AS RAIN and DON’T TOUCH slowly
away. On the turn out of the home
straight RIGHT AS RAIN and DON’T TOUCH collided forcing DON’T TOUCH wide on
the turn causing RENALD’S RIVALRY to race wide. In the back straight RUSEV was wide. Entering the top turn RUSEV and DON’T TOUCH
were racing tight and bumping. In the
home straight RUSEV was wide. |

BATTY LOVES BEER slowly away.
Approaching the winning post on the 1st occasion RUNAWAY
KITTY and CHIPS AHOY collided. On the
turn out of the home straight CHIPS AHOY and PEPPER BEACH collided. In the back straight RUNAWAY KITTY and
BATTY LOVES BEER were wide. In the
home straight BATTY LOVES BEER turned its head inwards failing to make
contact. Stewards advised trainer Mr. J Quarman that the greyhound
BATTY LOVES BEER would be charged under rule 69 Failing to Pursue, 1st
offence, 28 days plus a satisfactory stewards’ trial 520m all tracks. |

and MUD CAKE CLOUD were best to begin with LEHMAN BENZ slowly away. Soon after the start TWO PARTS FREAK and
MUD CAKE CLOUD collided. Entering the
back straight LEHMAN BENZ checked off the heels of BLUE SQUIRREL. In the back straight LEHMAN BENZ was
wide. On the turn out of the back
straight WESTERN HONEY hit the running rail causing that greyhound to shift
out and check BLUE SQUIRREL. In the
home straight LEHMAN BENZ was wide. The greyhound
WESTERN HONEY underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent
injuries were found. |

the home straight AWESOME CLOUD checked off the heels of PLENTY OF PUNCH
causing AWESOME CLOUD to shift out checking DASHING BRADSTA and REPTAR
causing DASHING BRADSTA and AWESOME CLOUD to take no further competitive part
in the event. On the turn MISS BECKY
SAM and DASHING BRADSTA collided.
Entering the back straight AWESOME CLOUD checked from REPTAR shifting
in. In the back straight MAYWYN IF
LUCKY was wide. In the home straight
MISS BECKY SAM and STILL COMING collided with MAYWYN IF LUCKY were wide. The greyhound AWESOME CLOUD underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

out of the home straight KNEW YOU WOULD was wide. Entering the back straight NAPALM shifted
in checking MAYWYN PETTYCASH. In the
back straight FAR FROM FEAR and KNEW YOU WOULD were wide. Entering the turn out of the back straight
ARABIAN SHREDDER checked off the heels of NAPALM. In the home straight MISS JACKPOT and KNEW
YOU WOULD were wide. The greyhound ARABIAN SHREDDER underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near
side hip and was stood down for a period of 10 days. |

greyhounds were taken out, re-examined and the race started 2mins 30sec late. ASTON JADORE and TRIPUM were best to begin with JACK’S
BLACK slowly away. On the turn out of
the home straight CINCINNATI JUICE and JACK’S BLACK collided. On the turn and back straight JUST SPIFFING
was wide. In the home straight

into the straight. Approaching the

the start FARMOR MAYHEM checked off the heels of ALEEAH JET. Entering the turn into the back straight
ALEEAH JET, DON’T DOUBLE UP, FARMOR MAYHEM and CHAMPAGNE BENZ all collided
causing CHAMPAGNE BENZ to drop back checking SPRING SHANGHAI. On the turn out of the back straight FARMOR
MAYHEM and SPRING SHANGHAI collided.
Entering the home straight FARMOR MAYHEM was wide. The greyhound FARMOR MAYHEM underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off
side hip and was stood down for a period of 14 days. |

away. Soon after the start RACHEL
TERROR and FARMOR FOR SHORE collided.
In the back straight ELITE COMANDO and SHAYLOR SAM were wide. Entering the turn out of the back straight
ASTIN’S WARRIOR and SHAYLOR SAM collided causing ASTIN’S WARRIOR to drop back
sharply. Entering the home straight
ELITE COMANDO shifted out checking ASTIN’S WARRIOR and THURRUNGO. In the home straight DYNAMITE VALLEY turned
its head inwards and made muzzle contact with TRICKY TRON. Stewards advised trainer Mr. N Goodwin that the greyhound
DYNAMITE VALLEY would be charged under Rule 69 Marring, 2nd
offence, 3 months plus a satisfactory stewards’ trial 431m all tracks. |
