MAIDEN 520M Even
start. Shortly after the start FAST
GIRL ZOLA and DIAMOND ROBYNE collided resulting in both greyhounds to be
momentarily hampered. Approaching the
turn into the back straight DIAMOND ROBYNE and LOOKING FINE collided
resulting in LOOKING FINE to be severely checked and lose considerable
ground. Entering the front straight
GALWAY ROSELLA improved onto the heels of MAD GIRL and was momentarily
hampered. VALERIE MERLE and FAST GIRL
ZOLA bumped on a number of occasions in the front straight during the run to
the finish. The
greyhound LOOKING FINE underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no
apparent injuries were found. |

SKY RACING MAIDEN FINAL 520M RENALD’S RIVALRY and JACOBY RAIDER were best to
begin. SANRICO ROSIE was marginally
slow to begin. Shortly after the start
LITTLE MADAM and MINNIE MARTINI bumped resulting in both greyhounds to be
momentarily hampered. Approaching the
turn out of the front straight PORT LISA and FROSTY ZERO raced tight
resulting in both greyhounds to be momentarily hampered. Shortly after MY MOJO improved onto the
heels of MINNIE MARTINI resulting in both greyhounds to be severely checked.
SANRICO ROSIE which was trailing was severely checked as a consequence
resulting in all greyhounds to lose considerable ground. |

GATTON TYRE SERVICE NOVICE 520M BLOZA was
best to begin. Shortly after the start
ISLA’S STYLE and GUN POWER collided resulting in both greyhounds to be
checked and lose ground. SHARP SONGAR
and SUNNYSIDE PARK were slow to begin.
Leaving the front straight ISLA’S STYLE was tightened for racing room,
checked and lost ground. GUN POWER and
LOONY’S MATE were both checked as a result of this incident and lost
ground. SHARP SONGAR was hampered as a
consequence. BLOZA and SHARP SONGAR
both raced wide in the front straight during the latter stages of the race. |

Shortly after the start GALLON and KIKEM STORMY collided resulting in
KIKEM STORMY being checked. COOKIE NO
CREAM which was racing to the outside of KIKEM STORMY was checked as a
consequence and lost ground. Leaving
the front straight GALLON and KIKEM STORMY collided resulting in both
greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.
Rounding the turn out of the front straight RIGHT AS RAIN and CECA
STRIDE bumped resulting in both greyhounds becoming awkward and lose some
ground. Approaching the turn into the
back straight KIKEM STORMY and COOKIE NO CREAM collided resulting in both
greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.
Entering the back straight GALWAY ACHIEVER and CECA STRIDE collided
resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground. GALLON which was trailing was checked as a
consequence and lost some ground. |

GOLDEN
VIEW GREYHOUND COMPLEX 4/5th GRADE 431M Even start with the exception of MARLO GOOD which was
marginally slow to begin. Shortly
after the start DON’T DOUBLE UP and DOOHAN TIME were tightened for racing
room, checked and lost ground. Leaving
the back straight DOWN SIZED UP was tightened for racing room and momentarily
hampered. Shortly after DON’T DOUBLE
UP was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. DOOHAN TIME which was trailing was checked
as a consequence and lost ground. In
the front straight THRILLA MACHINE and DOWN SIZED UP bumped and were
momentarily hampered. The greyhound DOWN SIZED UP underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off
fore webbing and was stood down for a period of 21 days. |

5th GRADE 520M Even start with the exception of CUT THE CAKE and FIERY
BENZ which were both slow to begin.
Approaching the turn into the back straight FORWARD PASS and FIERY
BENZ collided resulting in both greyhounds to be checked with FORWARD PASS
losing ground. TECHNO LADY raced wide
rounding the turn into the front straight. |

GJ WALSH & CO 4th GRADE 520M Even start.
Leaving the front straight KNIGHTS TEMPLAR and REPTAR collided
resulting in REPTAR to be checked and to shift out which resulted in TARKS
BLACK ROSE an HEIR OF KING which were racing to its outside to be severely
checked and lose considerable ground. |

GRADE FINAL 520M SOOT SPRITE and FASHION ADVICE were
best to begin. Leaving the front
straight TOVENAAR was tightened for racing room, checked and fell as a
consequence and took no further competitive part in the race. SMACK DAB which was racing to its outside
was checked as a result of this incident.
Rounding the turn into the back straight COME TOGETHER was tightened
for racing room, checked and lost ground.
SWITCH BLADE which was trialling was checked as a consequence and lost
ground. The greyhound TOVENAAR underwent a
post race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound SOOT SPRITE underwent a
post race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

GENTABLUE PET FOOD 5th GRADE 431M SPRING AGUSTUS was best to begin. Shortly after the start TRICKY TRON and SON
OF PRADA collided resulting in both greyhounds to be momentarily
hampered. Through the 1st
turn THIS TIME REBA, BLACK PARADOX and HOPPING HOUDINI were all tightened for
racing room, checked and lost ground.
Rounding the turn into the front straight SON OF PRADA and GAGAN NANCY
collided resulting in GAGAN NANCY being checked and lose ground. |

Shortly after the start CHAMPAGNE BENZ, FROSTY AMY and THURSDAY WIZARD
were all tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Leaving the 1st turn FROSTY AMY
was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. THURSDAY WIZARD which was trailing was
checked as a consequence. Leaving the
back straight SPORTFAN and ICY GIRL collided heavily resulting in both
greyhounds to be severely checked and lose considerable ground. |
