Stewards questioned trainer Mr. R Attard into the actions of FROSTY FLYER in particular rounding the turn into the front straight where it appeared it may have turned its head inwards and made muzzle contact with LADY LA DEEDA. Mr. Attard’s evidence was that in his opinion LADY LA DEEDA shifted out and made contact with FROSTY FLYER prior to any muzzle contact that may have occurred.  After considering all available evidence FROSTY FLYER was given the benefit of the very grave doubt.
