start. Through the 1st turn
APACHE BROOK, FROSTY BLACK JAY and GALWAY BLUEBIRD were all tightened for
racing room, checked and lost ground.
Leaving the back straight APACHE BROOK was tightened for racing room,
checked and lost ground. |

SKY RACING MAIDEN 431M WILDASH THUNDER was best to begin. Shortly after the start SPRING LOYAL, MADRE
and VEGAS BOY all collided resulting in all greyhounds to be checked and lose
ground. Entering the back straight
REEF AND BEEF was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. VEGAS BOY raced wide rounding the turn into
the front straight which hampered the running of IDLE MAN. |

GREYHOUND-DATA.COM NOVICE 431M Even start
with the exception of FRANKA and SHADOW EDGE which were both marginally slow
to begin. Through the 1st
turn the majority of the field with the exception of ROXANNE BENZ and DONNY’S
BEACH were tightened for racing room and checked to varying degrees with
FRANKA and SHADOW EDGE colliding which resulted in both greyhounds to be
checked and lose ground. Leaving the
back straight ROXANNE BENZ was tightened for racing room and came in contact
with the running rail, severely checked and lost considerable ground. WILDASH CECIL which was racing to its
outside was checked as a consequence. FRANKA which was trailing was checked
and lost considerable ground as a result of this incident. Approaching the turn into the front
straight WILDASH CECIL and STAR RISE collided resulting in both greyhounds to
be checked and lose ground. The greyhound
ROXANNE BENZ underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent
injuries were found. |

shortly after the start. Through the 1st
turn BENTAXLE and DOLLAR AND CENT were tightened for racing room, checked and
lost ground. PREMIER BEAR and ROSDUE
BLUE GUM which were trailing were checked as a consequence. Rounding the turn out of the back straight
ROSDUE BLUE GUM shifted out and hampered the running of PREMIER BEAR
resulting in both greyhounds to lose ground. The greyhound ROSDUE BLUE GUM underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound PREMIER BEAR underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

CARAVAN WAREHOUSE 5th GRADE FINAL 431M Even start with the exception of SAMANTHA BENZ which was
slow to begin. Through the 1st
turn BAZINGA BENZ and BOGART BLEND collided resulting in BOGART BLEND to be
checked. SAMANTHA BENZ which was
trailing was checked as a consequence and lost ground. |

GOLDEN VIEW GREYHOUND COMPLEX 4/5th GRADE 520M Even start. Shortly
after the start ARE YOU THERE and COOKIE NO CREAM collided on a number of
occasions. ARE YOU THERE raced wide
rounding the turn out of the front straight.
Rounding the turn out of the back straight THAT HOUDINI improved onto
the heels of WINDY GIRL and was momentarily hampered. |

Through the 1st turn THROTTLE ON and SPRING AUDREY collided
resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground. Approaching the turn into the back straight
ONYA BENZ was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. |

GJ WALSH & CO BEST 8 431M Even start. Shortly after the start TASER SHOCK was tightened
for racing room, checked and lost ground.
Through the 1st turn TASER SHOCK shifted in and made
contact with the running rail.
Approaching the turn into the front straight SHOW BOUND checked across
the heels of BARRA TRIP. The greyhound TASER SHOCK underwent a
post race veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury
to the off hind foot and was stood down for a period of 10 days. |

GENTABLUE PET FOOD 5th GRADE 431M BUNDY CUTTER, ADHARA STEEL and LITE ME UP were best to
begin. BONKNOCKA BEANS was slow to
begin. Through the 1st turn
BUNDY CUTTER and ADHARA STEEL collided, resulting in both greyhounds to be
checked. Shortly after DARK SMIFFY
shifted in and made contact with the running rail. Approaching the turn into the back straight
SPARK YOU UP was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Entering the back straight BONKNOCKA BEANS
was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Rounding the turn into the front straight
BONKNOCKA BEANS and SPRING ERNIE collided. The greyhound DARK SMIFFY underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

after the start ROSDUE SPRITE shifted out which tightened the racing room of
MAYWYN’S YING and NAMROD. Through the
1st turn OPTIMYSTIC, MYRNIONG FLOYD, MAYWYN’S YING and NAMROD were
all tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Entering the back straight JIMARY MAGIC and
NAMROD collided resulting in JIMARY MAGIC to be checked. Approaching the turn out of the back
straight NASH TATO improved onto the heels of ROSDUE SPRITE and was checked
as a consequence. |
