INDIAN GIVER performed a satisfactory stewards’ trial over the distance of
431m in a time of 25.28 and is now cleared all tracks. |

start with the exception of THUG and ZAZU’S HEADACHE which were both
marginally slow to begin. Through the
1st turn GOOD DAZE AHEAD, BLACK KOALA, REED AND BEEF and NEVER A
PROBLEM raced tight resulting in all greyhounds to be checked and lose
ground. In the front straight NEVER A
PROBLEM shifted out which hampered the running of REEF AND BEEF. |

were both marginally slow to begin.
Through the 1st turn SURE SHOT was tightened for racing

both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground. |

was best to begin. WAYCOL BILL was
slow to begin. Through the 1st
turn TOPAZ TAN was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Entering the back straight ASICLAO and
TOPAZ TAN collided resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose
ground. |

Through the 1st turn NIGHT TIME LOVER and EDGY were both
tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. At the same time SON OF BETTY was tightened
for racing room, checked and lost ground.
Entering the back straight LITE ME UP was tightened for racing room,
checked and lost ground. Leaving the
back straight EDGY was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. The greyhound NIGHT TIME LOVER underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near
hind foot and was stood down for a period of 10 days. |

TYRE REPAIRS 4/5th GRADE 431M DAY TIME FRIEND was best to begin. Shortly after the start TUCO SALAMANCA was
tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Through the 1st turn GUY FAWKES
and VIKING BUDDY collided resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose
ground. TUCO SALAMANCA which was trailing
was checked as a consequence and lost ground.
Rounding the turn into the back straight VIKING BUDDY was tightened
for racing room, checked and lost ground.
Entering the front straight FARMOR AT LAST and GUY FAWKES collided. |

O’REILLY PET FOOD 4/5th GRADE HEAT 1 520M Even start with the exception of ZILLIE BEAN which was
marginally slow to begin. Rounding the
turn out of the front straight MAYWYN PROMISES and PHANTOM PETE
collided. Approaching the turn into
the back straight MAYWYN REWARDS and PENDITA collided resulting in PENDITA to
be checked and lose ground. Entering
the back straight MAYWYN PROMISES shifted out and raced wide which resulted
in PHANTOM PETE to be checked and raced wide.
MAYWYN REWARDS and PRATER’S SAINT both raced wide in the back
straight. Rounding the turn out of the
back straight MAYWYN REWARDS and PENDITA collided resulting in MAYWYN REWARDS
to be checked and lose ground and rounding the turn into the front straight
shifted across the heels of MAYWYN REWARDS and collided with PHANTOM PETE resulting
in both greyhounds to be severely checked with PHANTOM PETE falling and
taking no further part in the race. The greyhound PHANTOM PETE underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound MAYWYN REWARDS underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near
hind leg and was stood down for a period of 7 days. |

Shortly after the start SPRING LOYAL, PHANTOM HOUDINI, HIPSTER and
LOVED UP were all tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Shortly after MAYWYN’S COPY and PHANTOM
HOUDINI collided resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose
ground. Leaving the front straight
MAYWYN’S COPY and PHANTOM HOUDINI were both tightened for racing room,
checked and lost ground. Rounding the
turn out of the front straight MINSTREL MAN and PRATER’S PROMISE
collided. Approaching the turn into
the back straight MINSTREL MAN and PRATER’S PROMISE collided resulting in
both greyhounds to be severely checked and lose considerable ground. Entering the back straight PHANTOM HOUDINI
shifted out which hampered the running of MINSTREL MAN. Leaving the back straight PHANTOM HOUDINI
was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. The greyhound MINSTREL MAN underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound PRATER’S PROMISE underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near
hind webbing and was stood down for a period of 10 days. |

NANTUCKET KAHN slipped on the mat shortly after the start and lost
ground. Through the 1st
turn ROAD TO FLAME was tightened for racing room, checked and lost
ground. NANTUCKET KAHN which was trailing
was checked as a consequence and lost ground.
Rounding the turn out of the back straight LITTLE FONZIE was tightened
for racing room, checked and lost ground. |

Rounding turn into the back straight THAT HOUDINI improved onto the
heels of SPRING BEK resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose
ground. VALKYRIE CANDY raced wide in

be checked and lose ground.
Approaching the turn into the back straight WHITE EAGLE was tightened
for racing room, checked and lost ground.
Leaving the back straight WHITE EAGLE was tightened for racing room,
checked and lost ground. Shortly after
WHITE EAGLE improved onto the heels of SHEZA RULER and both greyhounds lost
ground. Rounding the turn into the
front straight SPRING NAKANO and SHEZA RULER collided. The greyhound SHEZA RULER underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. |
