start with THUG marginally slow. In
the 1st turn BLUE GIRL BLUE, WILLY TOULA and FULL OF TRICKS
collided causing FULL OF TRICKS to become unbalanced and lose ground. Entering the back straight KRANKY clipped
heels and was hampered. In the front
straight FROST BLACK JAY and LOCH ME UP raced wide. |

431JM FARMOR IN TUNE was best to begin with MAYWYN OFTEN
slow. Rounding the turn into the back
straight EBONNIE and BLUMENTRIT bumped, causing both greyhounds to be
hampered. Entering the back straight,
THANKING PETER and BONNIE DOON GEE collided causing BONNIE DOON GEE to lose
ground. In the top turn BIG HUEY,
BONNIE DOON GEE and BLUMENTRIT collided causing all greyhounds to lose
ground. Rounding the turn into the front straight, BLUMENTRIT and BIG HUEY
bumped. The greyhound BIG HUEY underwent a pre-race veterinary
examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

GRADE 431M ZOU BISOU BISOU and THROTTLE ON were best to begin. Approaching the 1st turn, CASH MAN and VAL
ROSE HI collided causing both greyhounds to lose ground. Rounding the turn into the back straight
STAR BILLING and VAL ROSE HI collided causing both greyhounds to lose
ground. In the top turn THROTTLE ON
and ZOU BISOU BISOU bumped. The greyhound
CASH MAN underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent
injuries were found. |

LILY’S BEAN and SHAVASANA bumped.
Round the turn into the home straight, DOLLAR AND CENT and WHITE EAGLE
bumped causing both greyhounds to be hampered. In the front straight LILY’S BEAN and
KIRKHAM ZOEY bumped causing both greyhounds to be hampered. |

COUNTRY FOOD SERVICE 5TH GRADE HEAT 3 431M NIGHT TIME LOVER was best to begin, with DEMACRETIS FLASH
and SWARAVSKI marginally slow. In the
1ST turn ALLPA MAMA, YOU JANE and KYLE THE TANK collided causing
all greyhounds to lose ground. Rounding
the turn into the back straight SWARAVSKI and YOU JANE collided, causing both
greyhounds to lose ground. In the
front straight YOU JANE raced wide. |

431M SNOW GIRL best to begin and RORY THE RACER was marginally
slow. In the 1st turn all greyhounds collided causing all
greyhounds to lose ground at differing degrees. In the back straight BLOZA
raced wide. Entering the top turn SNOW GIRL was tightened for racing room and
lost ground. In the front straight SNOW GIRL and RORY THE RACER raced wide. |

GRADE FINAL 431M Even start.
Shortly after the start, MY AWESOME MAGIC, BIG SHOW HAWKO, COSMIC
DENLYN and ACE collided, causing all greyhounds to lose ground. Entering the back straight, JESS ROSE HI
and ACE collided, causing ACE to lose ground.
In the back straight COSMIC DENLYN and BIG SHOW HAWKO collided causing
both greyhounds to be hampered.
Leaving the top turn, JESS ROSE HI and BIG SHOW HAWKO collided causing
JESS ROSE HI to lose ground. The greyhound ACE underwent a post-race veterinary
examination and no apparent injuries were found. Stewards questioned trainer, Mr Steven Scott, on the
performance of ACE, where he stated that ACE prefers an inside box and
performs better when in the lead. Also
trainers did not support the greyhound. |

BEST 8 STAR RISE was best to begin. Shortly after the start, WILDASH WILDBOY,
LITTLE ACH CEE, and SOCIAL collided causing all greyhounds to be hampered. In the 1st turn all dogs except
SECOND GEAR and ROAD TO FLAME collided, causing all greyhounds to lose ground
to differing degrees. In the back straight SOCIAL and SPRING ELLIE collided
causing both greyhounds to lose ground.
In the back straight, LITTLE ACH CEE and WILDASH WILDBOY were
wide. In the front straight SOCIAL and
SPRING ELLIE were wide. |

SURGEON 5TH GRADE HEAT 5 431M Even start with FARMOR IMPACT marginally slow. Shortly after the start PONCHERELLO and
IRISH SPICE bumped. Leaving the 1st
turn, PONCHERELLO and NEVER A DOUBT collided causing both greyhounds to lose
ground. In the back straight, DRAW
CARD was wide. In the front straight,
DRAW CARD and IT’S ABOUT TIME raced wide.
The greyhound NEVER A DOUBT underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. Stewards questioned trainer, Mr J Fields, in relation to
NEVER A DOUBT’s performance. Mr Fields
stated that the greyhound needs to lead to win and will be giving the
greyhound a spell in the upcoming weeks. Mr fields reported to stewards the next day this
greyhound had a off-side
injured toe. |

HOLLYWOOD ROSE HI bumped. In the 1st
turn FLASH ROSE and HOLLYWOOD ROSE HI collided causing both greyhounds to
lose ground. Entering the back
straight, ZABDON LAMBO clipped heels, became unbalanced and lost ground. In the top turn, FLASH ROSE clipped heels
and lost ground. The greyhound DOUBLE SWATZA underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. |
