Race 1 – GREYHOUND ADOPTION PROGRAM | MAIDEN | 431m

 

Through the first turn, ZIP ZIP RUMBLE and WHATTA STORM collide. At the same time SHIFTING COLOUR and BUD’S MILLAR collide. Approaching the turn into the back straight, SHIFTING COLOUR, BUD’S MILLAR, ZIP ZIP RUMBLE and ISN’T SHE JUST all collide, resulting all greyhounds to be checked and to lose ground.

 

Rounding the turn into the back straight, ZIP ZIP RUMBLE improves onto the heels of WHO WHAT WHERE resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.

 

Leaving the back straight WHO WHAT WHERE and WHATTA STORM collide, resulting both greyhounds to be checked and to lose ground.

 

Race 2 – SKY RACING MAIDEN F | MDN FN | 431M

 

Shortly after the start, BLUE JAY JAY and MAYWYN’S XENA collide. Leaving the first turn, COCONUT LASS, LYNNY’S HONEY, NO MEDIOCRE all collide, resulting all greyhounds to be checked and to lose ground. ALPHA SOMETHING and LYNNY’S HONEY, which were trailing were checked as a result of this incident, fell and took no competitive part of the race. CELTIC FEAR was also checked and lost considerable ground.

 

Entering the back straight, SPRING PHOENIX was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. COCONUT LASS raced wide around the turn into the front straight.

  

ALPHA SOMETHING underwent a post race Veterinary examination and no obvious abnormalities were detected.

LYNNY’S HONEY underwent a post race Veterinary examination and no obvious abnormalities were detected.

ROSDUE GYPSY was slow to begin. Leaving the first turn, MISS GRASSCUTTER improved onto the heels of NO CONFIDENCE and was checked as a consequence and lost ground. Entering the back straight, COST A PENNY and ROSDUE MATAO collide. Leaving the back straight, GODDESS MACHA and ROSDUE MATAO collide.

 

Race 4 – ALPHA 390 FINANCE | 5TH GRADE| 431m

 

Through the first turn, all greyhounds with exception of LOGAN’S RUN and BAILEY BE GOOD were tightened for racing were checked and lost ground. In the front straight, REGAL TOPAZ and HONEY TRAP collide.

 

Race 5 – WWW.IPSWICHGREYHOUNDS.COM | 5th GRADE | 520m

 

Shortly after the start, CAIRNLEA ROCKET and BEE SOLO collide. Rounding the turn out of the front straight, TOO GOOD JOOG and RAVEN LOCH collide, resulting RAVEN LOCH to be shift out and collide with ROSDUE KIRRA; resulting both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground. At the same time, CAIRNLEA ROCKET was tightened for racing room, shifted out and collided with ROSDUE KIRRA, resulting both greyhounds to be severely checked in considerable ground.

 

Entering the back straight, TOPAZ TAN and ROSDUE SHAKA collide, resulting ROSDUE SHAKA to be checked and to lose ground. Leaving the back straight, THUNDER FIRE and ROSDUE SHAKA collide, resulting both greyhounds to be checked and to lose ground.

 

ROSDUE SHAKA underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have injured its offside pin and was stood down from racing for a period of 21 days.

 

Race 6 – TREMBATH TYRE REPAIRS | 5th GRADE | 431m

 

Approaching the first turn, CINDY RUMBLE and SPRING WINE collide. Through the first turn, SPRING FESTIVAL was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. VELOCITY LINDER, which was trailing, was checked and as a consequence lost ground.

 

In the back straight, VELOCITY LINDER and SPRING WINE collide.

VELOCITY LINDER underwent a post race Veterinary examination and no obvious abnormalities were detected

 

Race 7 – ACCELL THERAPY | 5th GRADE | 431m

 

SPRING RITCHIE was slow to begin. NASH TATO raced wide rounding in the turn into the front straight.

 

Race 8 – GREG STERNBERG VET SURGEON | 5th GRADE | 431m

 

Through the first turn, all greyhounds raced tight, resulting in SPRING THIEF and ROSDUE MISTY to lose ground. Leaving the back straight, SPRING THIEF was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.

 

Race 9 – WWW.IPSWICHGREYHOUNDS.COM | MIXED 3/4 | 431m

 

HONEY’S PRINCESS and SMART WERINA were both marginally slow to begin. Through the first turn, SPRING COLLEEN was tightened for racing room and was momentarily hampered.

 

Race 10 – GREYHOUND OF YEAR 2012 – CHARMED SPEED | MIXED 3/4TH GRADE | 288m

 

Shortly after the start, DESTINI PEGASUS and MULGOWIE YOWIE were tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Leaving the back straight, MASTER DEAN, HYPO SHOW and DESTINI PEGASUS were tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.

 

Rounding the turn out of the front straight, FABTHOR shifted out collided with INQUISITIVE ME.

MASTER DEAN underwent a post race Veterinary examination and no obvious abnormalities were detected.
