Race 1 - GREYHOUND ADOPTION PROGRAM | Maiden | 431m

Best away was Alpha Eleni and Naveed with Centigram slowly away. Soon after the start Eye Liner checked off the heels of Naveed. Entering the back straight Eye Liner checked off the heels of Centigram. In the back straight Earth Shake was wide. Approaching the turn into the home straight Eye Liner and Earth Shake collide. Entering the home straight Alpha Eleni and Centigram collide. In the home straight Earth Shake collide.

Eye Liner - underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

Race 2 – SKY RACING| Maiden | 431m

Best away was Cawbourne Imogen with Mally’s Nova slowly away. In the back straight Mally’s Nova was wide. Approaching the turn out of the back straight Bud’s Millar and Next Time Gadget collide. Entering the turn into the home straight Tick Fire Boom checked off the heels of Mally’s Nova. In the home straight Spur On and Tick Fire Boom collide.

Bud’s Millar - underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the off hind leg and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

Best away was Like Billyo with Ima Talker slowly away. Soon after the start Select Trick and Kingsbrae Jeff collide. Entering the back straight Broken Yolk checked off the heels of Rosdue Matao. Entering the turn out of the back straight Proposal Select Trick and Kingsbrae Jeff collide. In the home straight Classy Platter eased near the finishing line.

Classy Platter - underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

Broken Yolk - underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the near shoulder and was stood down for a period of 14 days.

Race 4 – ALPHA 390 FINANCE | Grade 5 | 431m

Best away is Cawbourne Fawny and Willy Toula with Spring Ritchie slowly away. Soon after the start Cawbourne Fawny and Polly’s Gift collide. Entering the back straight Cawbourne Fawny and Polly’s Gift collide. In the back straight Velocity Linder was wide. Entering the turn out of the back straight Tyler Lee, Polly’s Gift and Blonde Gift all collide causing those greyhounds to drop back. Approaching the turn into the home straight Polly’s Gift and Blonde Gift collide.

Polly’s Gift - underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the chest muscle and was stood down for a period of 7 days.

Race 5 – DOVER & SONS | Grade 4/5 | 431m

Best away was Hypo Show with Spring Wine slowly away. Soon after the start La Bamba and Surfboard collide. Entering the back straight One El and Spring Wine collide. In the back straight Wildash Tom was wide. Entering the turn out of the back straight La Bamba and Hypo Show collide causing Hypo Show to drop back sharply. In the home straight Wildash Tom was wide.

Hypo Show - underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the off shoulder and was stood down for a period of 14 days.

Race 6 – ADVENTURE TOURISM | Grade 3/4 | 431m

Best away was Sail Surfer with Cawbourne Bigred slowly away. Entering the back straight Impatient Kid checked off the heels of Sail Surfer. In the back straight and home straight Regal Recall was wide.

Best away was Prater’s Promise with Miss Stosur slowly away.  Soon after the start Dixie Louise and Miss Stosur collide. Entering the turn out of the home straight Miss Stosur and Dixie Louise collide causing Dixie Louise to race wide. Entering the turn into the back straight My Bouquet checked off the heels of Dixie Louise. In the back straight Prater’s Promise was wide. Entering the turn out of the back straight My Bouquet checked off the heels of Dixie Louise. In the home straight Prater’s Promise was wide.

Race 8 – GREG STERNBERG VET SURGEON | 5^th Grade | 520m

Best away was Danyo’s Lozza and Agent’s Choice with Rosdue Kirra slowly away. On the turn out of the home straight Shakey Diesel and Bergari collide. In the back straight Butterfly Is She was wide. Entering the turn out of the back straight Agent’s Choice and Rosdue Kirra collide. In the home straight Butterfly Is She was wide.

Best away was Malutki with the rest evenly away. Entering the turn into the back straight Regal Report and Kimm’s Choice collide causing Kimm’s Choice to shift out checking El Romano and Alpha Hymeh. Entering the turn out of the back straight Kimm’s Choice checked off the heels of Spring Festival causing Kimm’s Choice to drop back checking Alpha Hymeh. In the home straight El Romano was wide.

Alpha Hymen - underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

Kimm’s Choice - underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the off side hock and was stood down for a period of 14 days.

Race 10 – GREYHOUND OF YEAR 2005 - IZZY FAST | Grade 5  | 431m

Even start. Approaching the turn into the back straight Spring Russell and Chardonnay Mum collide. Entering the back straight Vanderweghe, Who Nose Size and Gunlee Rocker all collide. In the back straight and home straight Who Nose Size was wide.
