Race 1 – TAB MAIDEN (1) 288m
2 Stagger On- Quick to begin. 3 Rizzini Rose- Checked off heels through the first turn. Made contacted with the running rail shortly after the finish line. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which failed to reveal any abnormalities. 4 Duck's Girl- Tightened for room through the first turn and was hampered. 9 (Box 8) Causeway Bud- Slow to begin. Race 2 – SKY RACING MAIDEN (2) 288m 5 Walloon Boy- Quick to begin. 7 Gotcha Gift- Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was checked 8 Three Horn- Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was checked. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which failed to reveal any abnormalities. Trainer Mr. K Brown stated to stewards that the greyhound has recently had a change of kennel and is resuming racing at a new weight after returning from a short spell. Race 3 – WWW.IPSWICHGREYHOUNDS.COM NOVICE 288m 1 El Senor Zipper- Quick to begin. 3 Rum An' Ruby's- Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was severely checked causing the greyhound to fall and take no further competitive part in the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which failed to reveal any abnormalities. 4 Dyna Charlton- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. 5 Screaming Betty- Was checked when coming into contacted with the running rail entering the first turn. Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination 6 Black Spike- Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was severely checked causing the greyhound to fall and take no further competitive part in the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the nearside dew claw and was stood down for a period of 10 days. 7 Scott The Moves- Hampered in the front straight by a runner to its inside. 8 Astra Zanti- Slow to begin. Race 4 – GREYHOUND_DATA.COM GRADE 5 (1) 288m 2 Rumble Master- Collided with another runner entering the front straight and was checked. 3 Slick Shannon- Stumbled at the start. 4 Fruit Zafonic- Collided with another runner approaching the first turn and was checked. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed the greyhound to have suffered from post-race distress syndrome after collapsing in the catching pen and was stood down for a period of 14 days. As a result the stewards have acted under GAR74 and the greyhound will be required to complete a satisfactory stewards trial. 6 Zephyr Zip- Collided with another runner entering the front straight and was checked. 8 Alpha Eleni- Collided with another runner approaching the first turn and was checked. 9 (Box 7) Zinchenko- Collided with another runner approaching the first turn and was checked. Raced wide throughout. Race 5 – DOVER & SONS 4/5 GRADE HEAT 1 MIXED 4/5 431m 1 Ash Tide- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. 2 Ray's Reward- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. 3 Under Advice- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which failed to reveal any abnormalities. Stewards questions connections regarding the greyhounds racing manners through the turn into the front straight. After considerations, stewards charged the greyhound under GAR69A(2)(b) Failing to pursue the lure second offence. The greyhound is stood down for a period of 3 months at all tracks and must complete a satisfactory stewards trial. 4 Regal Waz- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. 5 Annie Said- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. 6 Kayla's Monaro- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Checked off heels in the turn out of the back straight. 7 Burrum Eagle- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. 8 Bonne Chance- Hampered by a runner to its inside through the turn in the front straight. Race 6 – ADVENTURE TOURISM AUSTRALIA 4/5 GRADE HEAT 2 MIXED 4/5 431m 2 Hope Said- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was severely checked resulting in the greyhound to fall and take no further competitive part in the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which failed to reveal any abnormalities. 3 Master Shadow- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. 4 Farmor In Tune- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the nearside wrist and was stood down for a period of 14 days. 8 Farmor Fearless- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked.
