Race 1 - TAB MAIDEN HEAT 1 MAIDEN 431m

2 Cribb Island Boy- Quick to begin. Had its heels contacted when racing through the first turn and was severely checked.

5 Why Walk Alone- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked wider on the track. Immediately after, turned its head outwards and directed its attention towards another runner who was racing to its outside. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the near hind calf muscle and was stood for 10 days.

Stewards spoke to trainer’s representative Mr A Dargusch, regarding the greyhounds racing manners through the first turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69B(1), Why Walk Alone was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Why Walk Alone must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 69B(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

6 Krispy Oreo- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked.

7 My Bro Benji- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked.

8 Meet Mr. Kobe- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked wider on the track.

Race 2 - SKY RACING MAIDEN HEAT 2 MAIDEN 431m

2 This Time Talks- Collided with another runner entering the turn out of the back straight and was checked.

3 White Sox- Slow to begin. Hampered when racing through the first turn. Tightened for room against the rail when entering the turn out of the back straight, was severely checked and fell. Trailed the field for remainder of the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no significant findings. Stewards requested Mr Bradley inform the stewards pursuant to GAR75(2) should anything that might have a bearing on past or future running of White Sox come to notice of the trainer after the greyhound has left the course, it shall be reported to the stewards as soon as practicable. 

5 Bye Clown Town- Bumped shortly after the start. Hampered when racing through the first turn.

6 Peekaboo Pearl- Collided with another runner when racing through the turn out of the back straight and was checked.  

7 Cribb Island Gal- Quick to begin.

8 Detention- Become awkward entering the back straight and lost its footing.

9 (Box 4) Dashing Fox- Bumped shortly after the start. Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Collided with another runner when racing through the turn out of the back straight and was severely checked causing Dashing Fox to fall and take no further competitive part in the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no significant findings. Stewards requested Ms Buxton inform the stewards pursuant to GAR75(2) should anything that might have a bearing on past or future running of Dashing Fox come to notice of the trainer after the greyhound has left the course, it shall be reported to the stewards as soon as practicable.

2 This Time Tessie- Bumped shortly after the start.

3 Flying Paterson- Slow to begin. Collided with another runner entering the turn out of the back straight and was checked.

4 Cosmic Colin- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Collided with another runner when racing through the turn out of the back straight and was checked.

6 Odd Job- Quick to begin. Collided with another runner when racing through the turn out of the back straight and was checked. 

8 Hombre Duck- Collided with another runner approaching the turn out of the back straight and was checked.

9 (Box 1) Banjo Lad- Bumped shortly after the start. Tightened for room entering the first turn, collided with another runner and was checked.

Race 4 - DOVER & SONS MAIDEN FINAL MAIDEN 431m

1 Anfield Girl- Quick to begin.

3 Werina By Chance- Collided with another runner through the turn out of the back straight and was checked.

4 Fluffy Ears- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked.

5 Frosty Girl-Slow to begin. Collided with another runner through the turn out of the back straight, forced wider on the track and was hampered.

7 Sparkling Melba- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked.

8 Deb's Blue Boy- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked.

9 (Box 6) Slug's Slug- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Shifted out through the first turn and checked off heels. Raced wide in home straight.

Race 5 - MCNAMARA LAW NOVICE 431m

1 Switched On- Tightened for room through the first turn and was checked. Tightened for room against the rail in the back straight and was checked.

2 Planetary Pup- Tightened between runners shortly after the start and was checked.

3 City Whisper-  Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Contacted the heels of another runner entering the back straight and was checked.

4 Spring Voice- Quick to begin. Had its hindquarters contacted entering the home straight and was hampered.  

6 Wild Prince- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Contacted the hindquarters of another runner entering the home straight and was checked.

7 Abby Court- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked.

9 (Box 5) Cheeky Nando- Slow to begin. Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was checked. Contacted the heels of another runner entering the back straight and was checked.

1 Good Vibrations- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was severely checked. Immediately after was tightened for room and lost further ground. Hampered when crossed by another runner entering the turn out of the back straight.  

2 Thunder Duck- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked.

4 It Ain't Len- Hampered entering the first turn.

8 Big Hero Texada- Quick to begin.

9 (Box 3) Eight Green Cans- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked.

Race 7 - WHITE ROSE BOARDING KENNELS MIXED 3/4 431m

1 Giggling Sal- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked.

2 Sylvan- Slow to begin.

3 Spring Wattle- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked.

4 Buck Or Two- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked.

5 On And Off- Slow to begin. Bumped with another runner through the first turn. Had its heels contacted when racing through the turn into the back straight, checked and lost ground. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which did not reveal any abnormalities.

6 Deneholme Dasher- Quick to begin.

7 Stevo's Bad Boy- Commenced to shorten stride and race roughly in the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the nearside pin muscle and was stood down for 10 days.

Race 8 - TAB 5TH GRADE FINAL GRADE 5 520m

1 Blue Bandana- Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was checked. Stewards spoke with Mr G Hall regarding Blue Bandana’s action immediately after being checked when entering the first turn. Mr Hall stated that it was his opinion that Blue Bandana, after racing with full momentum into the first turn became unbalanced due to the collision with Dynamite Daisy. After consideration, stewards accepted Mr Halls explanation and took no further action.  

3 Dodgy Kell- Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was checked wider on the track.

4 Bonus Only-  Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was severely checked causing Bonus Only to fall and tack no further competitive part in the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the off hind leg and was stood down for a period of 7 days.  

5 Frog's Hollow- Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was checked wider on the track losing considerable ground.

6 Dynamite Daisy- Quick to begin. Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was severely checked causing Dynamite Daisy to fall and tack no further competitive part in the event.

7 Aston Ajax- Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was checked wider on the track.

9 (Box 8) Khandela- Slow to begin. Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was checked wider on the track losing considerable ground

1 Go Emmy Go- Quick to begin.

2 Hara's Penny- Marginally slow to begin. Immediately after the start, bumped with another runner. Race wide in both back and front straights.

Race 10 - BODHI INK TATTOO GALLERY GRADE 5 (2) 431m

1 Ringbark Ruby- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked.

3 Ava's Legacy- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked.

5 Stay Warm Zac- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked.

6 Kirsty Koi- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Raced wide in both back and front straight.

7 Hara's Star- Checked off heels entering the home straight and was hampered.

8 Duck Inn- Hampered when racing through the first turn.
