Race 1 - TAB LONG MAY WE PLAY MAIDEN HEAT 1 MAIDEN 288m
2 Burning Cricket – Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and was severely checked almost falling. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent abnormalities.
3 Kadina – Checked across the heels of another runner rounding the first turn.
4 Zulu Aura – Pushed wide rounding the first turn. Forced to race wide through the home turn.
7 King's Joy – Clipped on the heels by another runner rounding the first turn and was checked losing ground.
8 Where's Jamie – Tightened for racing room approaching the first turn and was checked losing ground.  Dragged down by another runner rounding the first turn and was severely checked almost falling. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent abnormalities.
Race 2 - SKY RACING MAIDEN HEAT 2 MAIDEN 288m
1 Unlawful Exit – Checked off the heels of another runner rounding the first turn.
3 Farmor Mercedes – Was inconvenienced by the fallen runner and forced to race wide rounding the first turn.
4 Cheeky Willow - Dragged down by another runner rounding the first turn and was severely checked almost falling. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent abnormalities.
5 Werina On Fire – Tightened for racing room approaching the first turn and fell taking no further competitive part in the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent abnormalities.
6 Unlimited Beauty - Severely checked when trying to avoid the fallen runner rounding the first turn and lost ground.
7 Where's Papi – Severely checked when trying to avoid the fallen runner rounding the first turn and lost considerable ground.

2 Shackle Breaker – Tightened for racing room rounding the first turn and was severely checked losing considerable ground.
4 Zulu Vamp – Slow to begin. Improved onto the heels of another runner rounding the first turn and became momentarily unbalanced.
