2 Megachip - checked leaving the back straight. Checked rounding the turn into the front straight. Underwent a post-race Veterinary examination which revealed no obvious injuries. Jason Schmidt said the Greyhound had trialled well leading up to the race, however he did not support the runner as it was too short in the market place being $1-35 favourite. |

2 Jezebel's Gem – shifted wide rounding the turn out of the back straight. Underwent a post-race Veterinary examination which revealed it to have injured its off pin and was stood down from racing 7 days. After considering its overall performance it was stood down under Rule 71 for an unsatisfactory performance and must complete 1 satisfactory trial before returning to racing. |
