General: The start of race 1 was delayed due to a mechanical malfunction of the lure. Track staff repaired the lure, and it was tested successfully. During the start of the race the lure malfunctioned prior to lids opening, all greyhounds were removed from starting boxes and underwent a 2^nd pre-race veterinary examination. During this subsequent examination (6) Dolly Buttons showed signs of stress and was a late scratching.

Race 1 - TAB VENUE MODE MAIDEN FINAL MAIDEN 288m

3 Farmor Control Collided with another runner and fell entering the turn out of the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent injury.

4 Jury's Out Checked entering the turn out of the back straight.

5 One Iron Collided with another runner and fell entering the turn out of the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a wrist injury, 10 days stand down from racing.

6 Dolly Buttons Late scratching (TAB 3:50pm), A pre-race veterinary examination revealed that the grey was stressed, 2 days stand down from racing.

7 Tiger Knight Checked entering the turn out of the back straight.

8 Where's Papi Checked entering the turn out of the back straight.

Race 2 - SKY RACING NOVICE 288m

5 Trickster Checked entering the turn out of the back straight.

6 Country Girl Severely checked and fell entering the turn out of the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the off side shoulder, 6 weeks stand down from racing.

8 Flashing Fire Checked entering the turn out of the back straight.

2 Whine A Lot Tightened for room and checked entering the turn out of the back straight.

6 Hello Newman Bumped leaving the turn into the home straight.

8 Dynamite Hope Bumped leaving the turn into the home straight.

1 Blazing Penske Slow to begin.

5 Got It Mum Bumped shortly after the start. Bumped entering the turn into the back straight.

3 Spring Pirate Checked entering the turn into the back straight.

4 Ron's Brother Checked entering the turn into the back straight.

6 Dexter You Devil Slow to begin.

7 Ringbark Bound Slow to begin. Improved upon the heels of Presley Power entering the back straight.

8 Presley Power Clipped heels entering the back straight.  

Race 6 - PUPPY AUCTION DAY 10TH OCTOBER 4/5 GRADE HEAT 2 MIXED 4/5 431m

1 Buck The Bull Bumped shortly after the start.

2 Spring Kono Bumped shortly after the start.

3 Ringbark Ruby Checked shortly after the start. Hampered entering the turn out of the back straight.

4 Spring Jasper Checked shortly after the start. Improved upon the heels of Ear Piercing entering the turn out of the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent injury.   

6 Mac's Henry Bumped shortly after the start.

Race 7 - GREYHOUND GEAR 4/5 GRADE HEAT 3 MIXED 4/5 431m

3 Triple Bogey Checked entering the turn into the back straight. Severely checked and fell entering the turn out of the back straight. Took no further competitive part in the race. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury (back strain) 10 days stand down from racing.

4 My Sister Dotti Checked off heels rounding the turn out of the back straight.

2 Earn And Return Checked shortly after the start.

4 Maserati Cloud Severely checked and lost balance leaving the turn into the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent injury.

5 Ferrari Cloud Bumped leaving the turn into the home straight.

6 I'm All Heart Bumped leaving the turn into the home straight.

8 Unlimited Blitz Checked off heels leaving the turn into the home straight.
