Race 2 - SKY RACING MAIDEN (2) 288m

1 Where's The Ship Checked at the first turn and lost gound.

3 Slate's Girl Checked at the end of the back straight and lost ground.

4 Call Me Snap Checked at the end of the back straight and lost ground.

6 My Genie Slow to begin.

8 Chasing Boodie Shifted in and bumped with another runner approaching the winning post.

9 Mistletoe Magic (5) Bumped by another runner approaching the winning post.

1 Firefly Chevy Severely checked and fell at the first turn.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed a back strain and stood down for 7 days.

2 Hotel Woolshed Shifted out and bumped another runner in the home straight.

4 Sissy Gold When racing in the clear appeared to sustain a serious injury and took no further part in the event.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the offside hock and was stood down for 12 weeks.  The greyhound was administered with pain relief on course and transported to Greenbank veterinary Hospital. for further diagnostic tests.  This matter will be forwarded to the greyhound injury review panel.

5 Magic Bairn Checked at the first turn and lost ground.

6 Where's The Gap Checked at the first turn and lost ground.

7 Ferocious Shadow Checked at the first turn and lost ground.

8 Beau Boy Checked at the first turn and lost ground.

Race 4 - DOVER & SONS NOVICE (2) 288m

1 Jaguarundi Checked at the first turn and lost ground.

2 Reject Shopper Severely checked at the first turn and lost ground.  Taking no competitive part in the event.  Underwent a post-race veterinary which revealed an injury to the greyhounds off hind foot and was stood down for 10 days.

3 Jazz Along Checked at the first turn and lost ground.

4 Shot Of Gold Checked at the first turn and lost ground.

5 Bill's Way Checked at the first turn and lost ground.

7 Harbour Jem Severely checked at the first turn and lost ground shortly after became unbalanced and fell. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities.

2 Make Mine Port Severely checked at the first turn and lost ground.  Bumped with another runner in the home straight on a number occasions.  Underwent a post race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities.

6 Silver Sandals Slow to begin.

9 Sumatran Star (4) Lost ground at the end of the back straight and took no competitive part in the event.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the offside hind back muscle and was stood down for 28 days.  The greyhound must complete a solo veterinary trial prior nomination.

4 Ringbark Rattler Checked at the first turn and lost ground.

8 Broccolini Pete Checked at the first turn and lost ground.

Race 8 - BEENLEIGH LEGAL MIXED 3/4 431m

2 Ruby's Son Shifted out at the turn after the back straight.

3 Cisco Sniper Severely checked at the first turn and lost ground. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities.

4 Amber Days Severely checked at the first turn and lost ground.

5 Ear Piercing Severely checked at the first turn and lost ground.  Shortly after became unbalanced a fell taking no competitive part in the event.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no apparent abnormalities.

6 Mad Morgan Checked off heels at the first turn.  Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to be suffering from a near foreleg injury and stood down for 7days
