1 Royal Look – Checked rounding the first turn.

2 Fever Lee – Checked rounding the first turn, improved onto heels entering the home turn.

3 Midnight Ember – Checked rounding the first turn, collided with another runner in the back straight.

4 Airborne Prince – Slow to begin, checked soon after the start, checked rounding the first turn, collided with another runner in the back straight.

5 Tiger Vision – Checked rounding the first turn.

7 Shackle Breaker – Checked rounding the first turn.

8 Mohawk Mindy – Checked rounding the first turn.

Race 2 - SKY RACING MAIDEN FINAL MAIDEN 2 520m

3 Sugar Pie – Bumped with another runner entering the home straight.

4 Showtime Joe – Checked soon after the start.

6 Baby Thor – Checked in the front straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

8 Gotham Ethics – Bumped with another runner entering the home straight.

9 Shian Pedro – Checked soon after the start, checked across heels approaching the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an off side hip support injury. Steward’s spoke to trainer Kerry Hoggan regarding the greyhound’s racing actions in the back straight. Stewards viewed the video replay and considered submissions from the trainer and the veterinary report. Stewards deemed that Shian Pedro had turned its head outwards taking its attention away from the lure, therefore Stewards invoked GAR 69b Fail to Pursue with injury the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days at Ipswich and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

1 Mob Rules – Severely checked and fell on the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

2 Where's The Pub – Checked approaching the first turn.

3 Bad Boy Burn – Severely checked and fell on the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a serious injury to the off side foreleg, the greyhound has been treated and is to be taken to Brisbane Veterinary Clinic for further assessment, the incident will be referred to the injury review panel. Bad Boy Burn has been stood down for 90 days and until the completion of a satisfactory Stewards trial.

4 Big Bad Ned – Turned its head outwards and pulled up on the first turn and took no further part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Steward’s spoke to trainers representative Bailey Dargusch regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. Stewards viewed the video replay and considered submissions from Mr Dargusch and the veterinary report. Stewards deemed that the greyhound had failed to pursue the lure with due commitment throughout the event, therefore Stewards invoked GAR 69(A) Fail to Pursue 1^st offence 28 day stand down at Ipswich and must complete a satisfactory Steward’s trial prior to racing next.

Mr Dargusch advised the greyhound will now be retired.

5 Set The Standard – Began awkwardly, severely checked on the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

7 Have A Heart – Severely checked on the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

1 Cool Hand Rick – Checked across heels in the front straight, checked then collided with another runner entering the first turn, checked rounding the first turn.

2 Shian Ulysses – Checked off heels approaching the first turn.

4 She's Sweet – Bumped with another runner entering the first turn.

5 Moment Of Glory – Bumped with another runner entering the first turn, bumped with another runner approaching the winning post.
