Race 1 - TAB LONG MAY WE PLAY MAIDEN 2 520m

1 Our Plumber – Checked entering the first turn.

2 Tommy Egan – Slow to begin, checked entering the first turn, checked rounding the first turn.

4 Pokie Jackpot – Slow to begin, hit the rail rounding the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

5 Hot Lollies – Checked in the front straight, checked entering the first turn.

6 Dellacqua Miss – Checked across heels in the front straight, checked rounding the first turn.

7 Midnight Ember – Slow to begin, checked entering the first turn.

8 Just Hot Gossip – Gave ground entering the back straight and trailed the field. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside calf muscle injury, the greyhound has been stood down for 14 days.

Race 2 - SKY RACING NOVICE 2 520m

1 Kasey's Money – Turned its head outwards and made contact with another in the home straight. Stewards spoke to trainer Peter O’Reilly regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After viewing the video footage and considered submissions from the trainer Steward’s invoked GAR 123 marring 1st offence - 28 day stand down at Ipswich and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

2 Vermelo Caliente – Began awkwardly, checked entering the first turn.

3 Yogi's Girl – Checked entering the first turn.

4 Armstrong – Marred by another runner in the home straight, checked approaching the winning post.

6 Endless Summer – Checked approaching the home turn.

7 Fernvale Flash – Checked entering the first turn.

8 Calla Sue – Checked entering the first turn, checked approaching the home turn.

9 Rio Riley – Checked entering the first turn, checked approaching the home turn, checked off heels rounding the home turn.

1 Desley's Girl – Became unbalanced and gave ground approaching the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

3 Rio Bonnie – Checked rounding the first turn, faulted in its action and gave ground entering the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside fibular injury the greyhound has been stood down for 14 days.

4 Viva Belle – Bumped with another runner rounding the home turn.

5 Tarawi Elsa – Checked rounding the first turn.

6 Quick Flick – Began awkwardly.

7 Blue Mystique – Checked rounding the first turn, checked rounding the home turn.

8 Rowdy Roddy – Slow to begin. Stewards spoke to trainer Robert Jacobsen in regard to the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight. After considering all available evidence, the greyhound was given the benefit of the doubt if it had contravened any rule.

Race 5 - ROWAN ANDERSON JOURNALIST 0-3 WINS 3 630m

1 Blazing Smoke – Slow to begin, checked rounding the second turn.

2 Petite Swagger – Checked in the front straight, checked rounding the second turn, checked off heels entering the home straight.

5 Half Moon Bay – Slow to begin.

6 Seldom Seen Kid – Checked rounding the second turn, checked entering the back straight.

7 Glittering Ace – Slow to begin, checked rounding the second turn, checked entering the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

8 She's Sweet – Late scratching at 2.28pm – Steward’s permission.
