A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have a injury to offside hind leg, the greyhound has been treated and is to be taken to Fairymount Veterinary clinic for further assessment, the incident will be referred to the injury review panel.

8 Babylon Boomers – Severely checked entering the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a near side should injury the greyhound has been stood down for 5 days.

Follow-up	Trainer Trevor Lindsay pleaded guilty to a charge and was reprimanded under the provisions of GAR 156(g)(iv) (misconduct) in that he misconducted himself during an inquiry at Ipswich on the 16^th of July 2022 where he made inappropriate comments towards Steward’s. In determining the penalty Stewards took into account Mr Lindsay’s guilty plea, his good record in relation to the rule and the severity of the incident.
