Race 1 - TAB LONG MAY WE PLAY MAIDEN (1) 431m

2 Canya Torque – Brushed the rail in the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

3 King Kiki – Bumped with another runner soon after the start, hit the rail and checked across heels rounding the first turn then trailed the field for the remainder of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside wrist injury, the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

4 Good Chat – Slow to begin, checked rounding the first turn, gave ground entering the back straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a neck strain, the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

5 Dominant Pride – Bumped with another runner soon after the start, collided with another runner rounding the home turn.

7 Rita's Duck – Late scratching at 2.10pm – Car breakdown.

8 Yazoo – Collided with another runner rounding the home turn.

Race 2 - SKY RACING MAIDEN (2) 431m

2 Dandelion – Checked on the first turn, checked approaching the home turn. Stewards spoke with trainer’s representative and handler Jo-Ann Larpent in relation to the boxing procedures and the greyhound’s manners before the race whilst being boxed, it was deemed that the greyhound was not fully to blame as the handler is inexperience, therefore Stewards have taken no further action at this stage but will monitor the greyhound at future events.

3 Limitation – Slow to begin, hit the rail rounding the first turn, hit the rail in the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

4 Champagne Ivy – Checked on the first turn, checked approaching the home turn, raced wide in the home straight.

5 Lucky Bundy – Checked on the first turn, checked approaching the home turn.

6 Specified – Checked on the first turn.

7 Deal Maker – Slow to begin, checked on the first turn.
